Ok see you Saturday!!
-
I got it after 1 minute. Ok. I thought you meant to say make reservations instead of buyjng a ticket. So will you pay $109 on Saturday to ski??? @Ski2Live Live2Ski
-
Correct. This new flexible ticket pricing is to Blue's advantage because they can charge prices based on demand.
-
I was just going by what Mike Hintz said because he seems like a reputable source of information.
-
Correct. It's unlimited
-
Would you pay $109 to ski at Blue this weekend if you didn't have a season pass? If you say no then you're complaining
-
I wasnt complaining, I just said I wouldn't pay $109 to ski Blue on a busy day with not a lot of trails open. But many people will, which is why Blue doesnt care about Mike Hintz and gave him the wave emoji. I'm sure they wanted to give him the middle finger emoji instead but couldn't.
-
If I didn't have one I mean. I find it fascinating that people will still pay these prices even with limited terrain. It seems there is so much demand for skiing right now in PA.
-
Based on the lines today, there are many, many people who will happily pay $109 for 4 runs. But myself and Mike Hintz are not one of those people. 💁♂️
-
What's the rate today? $80? I cant imagine paying that to stand in line 90% of the day. And I got a gift card when I paid $39.....

You've never heard the stupid calls on Talkback 16.
-
@Benm maybe thisll be on Talkback 16. Beep "Restaurants and bars have to be closed, but that there Blue Mountain skiing resort had 100's of people in line."
-
I'm still not sure what to think about that with them not pairing strangers up. I thought limited ticket sales would assuage the crowds, but not the case today.
-
WJW. Looks like short morning sessions for me this weekend fo sur. Funk that
-
Well guess the country club dayz were short lived.
-
Elk opening tomorrow. Wonder how many trails will be open @rummy??? Looks like they got a good dumping from the webcams. Right now there's a chance of me going to Elk tomorrow. Will continue to contemplate it throughout the day. I really like going when both sides of the mountain are open, though. Still, gotta take advantage of the weather in case it turns to shit like last season.
-
WJW, thanks for rubbing it in. I had to shovel that shit for 1 hour yesterday and 2 hours this morning.
-
Thanks for the shout out!

This is great: We'll be opening down to the Valley on FRIDAY and adding Lazy Mile, Upper Main Street, Shuttle, Tut's Lane and Homestretch to our trail count. Saturday it is likely that Falls, Crossover and Connector will open. Both Comet and Challenge lifts will open Friday. Arrive together, ride together! Single riders will need to sit on opposite ends of the chair to properly distance. Face coverings are required both in line AND when riding the chair to the top of the mountain.

I like white lights better than yellow. If Camelback and Blue were equal in every other way I would pick Camelback since they have white lights.

Looks like the storm has some silly name like Gayla or something. Does anyone actually remember their silly names for past snowstorms, like they do for hurricanes (e.g. Katrina)? To me it's the blizzard of 2020.

When's the last time you've visited a car wash?
-
I thought you dont share rooms? I typically dont unless there are separate bedrooms like in Steamboat
-
I've always thought it would be really fun to stay at the waterpark hotel next to the Stevenson Lift during a big snowstorm. I've contemplated it in the past but the prices for a room are outrageous.
