My car's speedometer goes up to 100...

You should have put down stickers 6 feet apart and told them to stand on them.

UPMC doctor says COVID-19 has become ‘less prevalent’ and isn’t making people as sick https://www.pennlive.com/news/2020/06/upmc-doctor-says-covid-19-has-become-less-prevalent-and-less-severe.html

No clue, ask @mbike-ski

Well put. Virtually zero since I rent. No clue what the schools are like in Malvern. But Hazleton's school district population is 10,900. The busses were always full when I was in school. Now they're halving capacity since 1 student per seat, so I guess double the fleet of busses? But like Steeze said, maybe it's up to each district.

Idk. I start at Mauch Chunk lake. The trail might be ok with your bike since you have really thicc tires. If you ride east, there's a really narrow ledge over which you have to carry your bike.

I've hiked Switchback several times. It would be fun on a mountain bike but would probably be difficult on anything else. Flagstaff Mountain road is a really nice climb. A fun 40 mile loop is from Tamaqua via Owl Creek Road up Flagstaff, then back west thru Mahoning Valley.

I've gone there with my binoculars but couldn't see Bethlum, just the cut in the mountain where it is, if I recall correctly.

Also, it'll be interesting to see how Hazleton Area enforces the 6 foot distancing between desks, since the schools were already overcrowded to begin with. Teaching outside I guess? That would be awesome until winter. Or more video chat teaching I suppose.

I could care less about my own graduation. The best parts of school for me were hanging with friends in the cafeteria, field trips, band, walks outside. Not sitting at the same desk for 8 hours a day like communist China. If it's temporary for a few months, yeah those kids will "suck it up". But at what point is enough enough?
-
I'll say the same thing when they raise property taxes to pay the expenses to administer all of this.
-
I feel really sorry for students going to public schools this fall. No more cafeteria, field trips, extracurriculars, hanging out with friends, sitting together on the bus. Sounds like a prison.
-
I'll try to stay 3 or 6 feet or whatever it is away from people, but I'm not standing on silly stickers like I'm in preschool.

Lol, when I read this quickly I thought you mean the literal American Dream is over. Didn't know it was a store/mall name.

I just won two tickets to an island paradise. If you pack your suitcase we can leave to-nite.

I got the flu in 2013 and I think that was the only time. It's anecdotal but I don't intend on ever getting the flu shot. @SallyCat
-
I'm skeptical of having to take a rushed vaccine. Doesn't it take years, not months, to test all the potential side effects? I don't take the flu vaccine and don't get the flu very often despite being around the general public all the time. Yeah yeah, COVID is x% more lethal than the flu...

I have a hood from a Levi Garrett car of legendary driver Geoffrey Bodine. My dad got it in the 90s, probably at Poke N Hoe. He and his friend would use fake press passes and put TV station stickers on their camcorders to get access to anywhere on the track. Nowadays with technology that's probably impossible.

Too bad the trend didn't continue so we could go back to normal, not this "new normal" BS.

You said it would be down to zero by Thursday (yesterday).

I was watching it too. I wonder if Minneapolis will still be standing if they acquit that officer.
