  1. I actually wore my bike helmet the first time I skiied so I didn't have to pay the $5 to rent one. Too bad there isnt video of it because I probably looked like a total gaper - Bike helmet, skiing in jeans, and on K2 skis from the 1980s in boots 2 sizes too big, while falling 6 times on the green slope. Wow, I've sure come a long way from those days.
  2. I'm just referring to the giant potholes that I drove through to get a closer spot. They're unavoidable and it felt like my car took some damage. Otherwise, the lot is fine where you guys tailgate. I just won't be driving in that part of the lot from now on.
  3. At least Camelback's parking lot isn't like literally the surface of the frickin' moon.
  4. Camelback's tailgating is a lot of fun. Remember this pic of the Post opening day Camelback PASR tailgating party from my opening day trip report?
  5. I googled Eaf to see what an Eaf is... the first definition on Urban Dictionary is legit. https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=EAF
  6. Great lifestyle shot! I was a little sad when I got back with my coffee and everyone was gone. Funny stories from everyone and VTMark was very entertaining.
  7. I'm just as confused as toast. Unlike this jabroni, I always wear a helmet, goggles, and a red hoodie; my ski polls are blue, not black with white stripes; and I don't have a mustache. But I do ski pretty fast. My record is 55.3 mph. I'm thinking about buying a racing helmet and attire to see if I can reach 55.4 mph.
  8. ???? I don't see any Jerry's in this entire thread. ????
  9. You didn't log any vert on your stats. Stats or it didnt happen!
  10. Well done but you didn't beat my vert..
  11. Nope but I heard eaf and Ski2Live park at the top and the three of us are the coolest skiers on the mountain.
  12. Nope I legit always took the same route on Timberline road then thru Little Gap and then up the mountain to True Blue. Was too lazy to seek alternate routes but now I have found one to the Lower Lot that takes the same amount of time.
  13. Ok. Just reanalyzed route options and I can take a different route which gets me to the bottom lot in the same amount of time. I like the Top lot because you don't have to wait at all to get fresh cord, but I'll try the lower lot just this once to say I did it.
  14. Top lot is closer. Only takes 51 minutes.
  15. I've been parking at the top lot cuz it's less driving.
  16. Maybe I'll make an ultra rare appearance in the lower lot at the opening bell
  17. Mebbe. I heard a rumour that the snow there is dank. I wonder how it compares to Camelback??
  18. Guess I forgot to write one. :-(
  19. That's the best when there's fresh perder and no one else around. Im hella jelly Atomic.
  20. Blue Knob is closed 'til Friday anyway. http://www.blueknob.com/trails.php I like trains. I like the Wizard of Oz. I like the Tin Man.
  21. Look Steeze, I was going through my old word documents and found my draft of this inane trip report. I usually type them in Word first and then paste them into this site just in case I accidentally hit the Post button before I'm done writing the inane trip report.
  22. Wow, you're incredible. I can't believe you remembered that I bought 3 passes and used 2. Actually I took the last pass back to Buckmans for a full refund.
