  1. Ski to lift #2 which was unnecessarily delayed again. Supposed to open at 8 am. Ski patrol has to do their """'checks""" on the big massive Sunbowl area before opening it, which apparently takes until 815 am or later. It's so treacherous and wide, there could be cliffs or snow snakes they have to check for. So had to hike back up and earn turns.
  2. You made the right choice. Two broken lifts at Camelback. What a freaking joke
  3. Shoulda went to Blue. Just standing here like an idiot looking at a stopped lift. Camelback is the worst. What a joke
  4. Place can't ever open on fraking time. WTF
  5. WJW, you're going to miss out on that 730 first traax cement dog shit perder!!!
  6. @GrilledSteezeSandwichhow has blue mountain been?
  7. WJW, I picked a grate day to skip ski and play airplane instead.
  8. I thought everyone dresses up for an oil change. Anyway, snowtubing bathrooms are radical, but don't tell too many people or they'll be crowded and full of doo doo like the ski bathrooms.
  9. I'm sure @eaf will get on the first flight out of the Alps to ski the amazing powder in Elk! It's like skiing in Europe and Vermont but without the flight / drive!!
  10. You, me, @MattEDGE, @RajeevGuptaSucheeta, @Ski2Live Live2Ski, @eaf, JFDan, @NMSKI, @VTmark_take2, @atomicman will split it
  11. Look at all the negativity about this rain storm on Tuesday. All this rain will be so good for the snowmaking retention ponds.
  12. Blue's Facebook media manager is saying up to 11 inches. WJW, they must be smoking some good vape there today.
  13. If my Subaru can get thru all the perder, I will try. Camelback is looking like the best choice - flat interstate drive the whole way, opens earlier at 730, higher elevation and northerer which means more parder, and has steeper slopes than anything else on my KSL Resorts pass.
  14. It's gonna be so deeeeeeeep. I plan on skiing on these so I don't get buried:
  15. Don't tell too many people but snowtubing's bathrooms are way, way better than those in the ski area. There are so many more stalls like at Bucees, it's dank. I can change out of my ski gear in peace without some Jerry knocking on my stall door. It's pretty sick, bro.
  16. We won't need snowmaking cannons after the Epic Massive Large Substantial Blizzard of 2024 (trademarked) (copyrighted) (R, whatever that means) !!!
  17. Thank you for your service. Salute!
  18. This is getting good.
  19. My grandfather met Tom Clark in the early 90s and won and air condition unit. It was rad. I'm in the video, see if you can spot me. A few years ago I met Tom Clark at the train museum in Scranton. We shook hands as we admired the miniature locomotive display. Then we parted ways probably forever - him to the Pacific Northwest, and me to Mack-Ah-Doodle-Doo.
  20. Kurt Aaron is the raddest. I love when he takes his dog Ranger to the fair and tells me to tie down my garbage can if it might be a little windy. If not for him my garbage can may have possibly perhaps blown over on its side once by now.
  21. Rumour has it he got butthurt from trolls on the interwebs and responded inappropriately.
  22. That would be grate but I don't feel like waking up early to shovel that crap. Maybe next storm.
