Wow, it seems Camelback is truly the better mountain since they have their new lift up, and Blue Mountain does not.

That's bananas 🍌, I went on July 4 weekend and there was no one there.

Transitioning to getting up at 6 am every weekend is hard. Hopefully Blue starts opening at 11 am instead on Saturdays so I can sleep in.

Maybe to satisfy the FB complainers they'll put the Burma chairlift back up.

Hopefully they cut a new trail where the ski patrol shack is, we can't have all those Burma gapers mucking up Shuttle.

Curtzs must be the new mascot for Blue Mountain, probably the Camelback Camel's younger brother. I think he'll stand at the bottom of Curtz's Cabins where they're putting the water slides and hand out free high fives and sugar cookies.

Looks like there might be a new chairlift this season since there's one on the map called Main Street Express. Has anyone heard about this???

They should add a new feature to the webcam which enables you to yell to the workers: "Stop playing in the dirt and put this chairlift together!!!"

We should take over this operation, I bet we can have the lift up and running by this weekend. I'll call my people, you call your people. and we'll get a fleet of C-5M Super Galaxy cargo planes to airlift steel beams to Blue Mountain directly from the steel mill in the Siaogang District, Kaohsiung of Southern Taiwan. I'll take care of the logistics, you just run the marketing department and promote the new ski lift. First civilian rider on the new lift wins a lifetime supply of Fun Dip sticks.

I didn't ski in 2013 and was bored during winters so I got a job there to learn how to ski. It was fun the first season I did it as it was a whole new world. Once I got into skiing it really sucked watching people ski all day long so I got a season pass. Now that I'm older I value my time too much do take on a part time job like that again, but it was a good way to get into skiing.

I made $7.25 an hour in 2014 at Eagle Rock in Hazleton as a lift attendant. It's the easiest job ever and you warm up in the hut frequently and can sit and do nothing while rotating with other workers. $20 an hour to do that isn't so bad.

I just filter out all the fake news on Facebook. I don't give a flying funk about politics anymore, it's all B.S.

Maybe this Gaper day PA Ridge will let me drive his Ridgemobile around the freshly paved lower parking lot of Blue Mountain and make lots of donuts and burnout rubber marks.
