Is that yours? Looks like that would do a decent job. Plow could be a bit taller.

Skip the snowblower and put on a plow. my plow is only 16” x 48” high but it kicks butt. If I know a big snow is coming I just go out multiple times and push it back as far as it will go for the next one. Dealing with slop I pull the skaggs off and drive slow.

Agree, the rain washed off the salt.

Phone says 32 by 11 am . I've tried my snow blower on this kind goo in the past , It clogs up in seconds . I use an ATV with a plow . I've got 2 1/2" condensed 80% moisture slop.

Should have spent the money on another half hour of flight lessons .

I’m guessing the glitch occurred on main st? Or lower main in the valley area . Poor gps in that spot? -

Short session today 4-5 spent on Coming soon bumps. Still nice shape best bumps for me this year. Barneys was glacial last night too . -
I remember some nice hidden glades at Stowe behind one of the fences. Been years since I’ve been there. Blue, just turn off the guns when it’s windy.

Pretty windy, looks like it’s going into Allentown

Definitely a Samsquamnch hiding in the woods.

Any speculation as to what’s going on? this seems to be becoming a chronic problem.

Godzilla ? Normally I enjoy suspense but not so much for this one.

Thanks, tough old girl, still mentally with it for the most part.

Tough year Mom had Covid, heart attack, Mersa, kidney stones, and septic shock. She’s still alive and turned 96 in November. Bear creek once . II actually got out BC more than lift served.

A couple observations about Freefall. The East side was a fun traverse and zip in the trees and then drop to the edge of where the trail turns west. There was like a small half pipe with bumps next to the snowgun towers . I found a couple rocks hiding , as the season progresses that’s going to be a cool place. The last gun tower before the merge has a neat kicker jump with a drop off and safe spot to brake before the merge. Lots of loitering by the merge. I like the choice in fall lines, fun trail! Unfortunately I didn’t make it up to Blue last year . My friend Paul said it was open last year after a big natural snowfall. They let it bump up and didn’t groom. Kinda wondering what the big deal is because it’s got a new name ?

I was in line when It did and all I could think of was the poor bastards who got stuck in front of the snow guns. Next run I shared a chair with one lol Glazed donut 😀

Doing my best to ski in the bumps. Nice all around today.

Are they still using a chiller to cool the water before it goes into the distribution pipes? I remember an article somewhere that the system cools the water to 39f . I’ve seen some pretty impressive snowmaking efforts over the years. Their ponds are sizable as well.

I had first tracks at Sugarloaf one year and the night before they groomed. 3” on top was awesome the next day! Closest thing to flying without being in the air !
