I heard gunshots near my house did anyone on here know what happened?

ive seen countless kids absolutely shatter, destroy, rip, or tear their knees or legs apart from non releasing snowlerblade bindings. it doesn't matter how small they are, if you go down and twist your legs up you're 100% fucked in some type of way.

only thing that blows about that place is the drive. I've been wanting to hit up 7springs for a while now, their park has been going off pretty big as well this year. I pretty much refuse to drive like 4+ hours to go ski somewhere in PA....and I never have an excuse to go to pittsburgh. looks like some serious fun though, two high speed six packs is insane

why dont you just run down the hill with ski boots then. either that or take up ice skating, if you cant handle a "giant ski that gets in the way and makes things harder" you don't belong within a 50 mile radius of a ski area

yeah it's not private and fancy enough forget getting any type of bus to any ski resort in PA. even with ski clubs it's a pain in the ass and expensive. fuck that bus that goes to creek too...keep in mind you have to be up before the sun comes up and haul all your shit with you to grand central station in NYC....fuuuuccckkkk that. get a car, find a ride, or just don't ski.

I'm not saying poor people should get a discount. I'm saying that its bullshit to help out young students and not the older ones who could probably use the discount.

what about the people that are 22-30 that are undergrads (or even grads on THEIR OWN DIME)? chances are they're probably under more financial stress than most 18-22 kids that are at college on their parent's money (and their parents are probably buying their pass too). believe it or not, not everybody goes to college when they're 18-22. they should have no age restriction on college passes. if you're a current, full time student in college you should be able to get the pass, no questions asked. its total bullshit to discriminate and say that oh well you're too old to be in college because you can never be too old to be in college.

nice to hear the snow got better. all it really needed was some fresh manmade. definitely agree on the jumps being small though...especially the first one. the lip is really nice but I wish it was just a tad bigger. I was always overshooting it yesterday.

you guys need to figure out your college policies. first off not many college ID's have issue dates. even if they do, it doesn't mean anything. you can still be in college for more than four years. what I do know is that just about every college ID has a semester valid sticker on it...if anything you should go by those, not issue dates. secondly stop with the registrar crap for season passes. I don't understand why you guys need a letter with a raised seal. they only put those on official transcripts and many registrars are skeptical about releasing a stamped document to a student. I couldn't get one in 07, 08, and recently this year and you guys shut me down...all years of which I've been a college student. I even offered to print out my class schedule and that wasn't good enough. three years you lost my business.....

no. sidewinder was pretty horrible at parts with the sugar. like almost boot deep. bottom of lazy was the same, so was LS and falls was chunky...I can imagine everywhere else not being much different. from the lift it looked like challenge and razors were all chunked up too. I heard some lady with a pink wig on the lift complain about the dust over crust. soooo there you go.

vibe of the day.....meh rolled up at 10:30. sugar shit snow with ice below, PA delight. crowds were existent but mostly due to the six pack constantly stopping all day. VIP line had some moustache guy right at the front but it seemed like he was doing nothing to enforce anything. sidewinder is kinda bunk all around. disappointed. jumps are nice but I feel like they rushed the rails big time, especially up top. many completely useless features and the ones that were non-circus need some work. with what I saw early season I had high hopes and was let down. lips absolutely sucked, they were skinny and typical blue mountain meth groomed. dfd lip was like a foot wide. I have faith in them fixing it though, sidewinder was up early and the jumps are pretty money so I can't really complain all too much. jump line was the best thing all day. first jump has nice pop and the next two are mellow. for once, I was able to hit all three without skipping or sitting on my tails. landings were deep and wide...a few times when I was in the air I forgot I was at blue mountain. took a few quite far past the knuckle and lived so I'm impressed. lets fix the rail situation and make sidewinder fun top to bottom. maybe get some flat features in there. it needs some more progressive features that you can actually learn/try tricks on.....if they would put some normal shit up top it would help get some flow down for the jumps.
