I'm almost always solo and the ride from Philly does suck sometimes... It's worth it just to get out there though...

I hope so too because it will show them that it was worth it for them to blow that snow and they will want to make as much snow as possible to open up even more runs.... I simply can't hate on ANY mountain at least trying to get up and running for the people who want to ski now and not later, and offering discounted lift tix is also a huge plus.. I think BB is the most useless mountain other than a park (which I don't ski whatsoever) but I gotta hand them out huuuuge props to get up and running quicker than anywhere else in this region.

This is starting to sound like it's going to be the Pa. version of this years A-basin opening... one slope, one chair, mad people, and total stoke for the upcoming season!!

F me I just cleaned out my kids halloween bucket.... I just took the dog out to pee and there's ice on my pool cover... kick butt!! I hope this weather keeps up all season... none of that crap like last year..

My sons "new" skis arrived today as well...... 150 cm salomon verse ex-rental skis... actually they're pretty darn nice for some ex-rentals... better shape than my pe's are in....lol
