Breck was -10 in the morning with wind chills to -30 ... They don't call it BreckenFridge for nothing. They are worth it when it is that cold, matter of fact when it is that cold you have to find some place warm to get them up in temp because they freeze too!

Another update.... That dirt moving requires a huge number of permits, before you can even get the permits, the local munincipalities have to approve the disturbance.. Stormwater Management Plans, Sedimention and Erosion along with a sequence of construction all needing approval by the Department of Enviromental Protection, that can take eons, (SWM by the DEP) not including the engineering expense for the plans to show how all the 100 yr storm water run off is going to be controlled not to mention the cost of those facilities to control that run off. Clearing of wooded vegetation on slopes over 20% is typically prohibited every where in the Commonwealth of PA BTW - We were blasting today.. mmmmmm.... BOOOOOOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely agreed. Budget maintenance or buy into a community that has exterior maintenance included... North Ridge at Camelback... Absolutely agreed. Buy into a community that has year around attractions, Live out of suitcase during ski season..... Camel Beach for off setting rental income. Quit that! Whats the matter with you? I did a ton of homework last season. Resales are the best value right now at NorthRidge. They are creeping up and have been at about 15% annually. They still have a ton of homesites left for new construction, but they take almost a year and the workmanship is shoddy. Get a 3% mortgage on a resale, the appreciation (equity) will offset the increasing principal and the diffference in the monthly savings will pay for the annual associations fees. I speculate that pent up demand for Condos at Blue will drive the price above market value depending on the number of units planned. Since you have not gotten any correspondence back from your inquiry, I would consider that suspect.... The company (if there is one) has no clue as to what they are doing which will probably open the proverbial Pandoras Box to any new residents. read.. Guinea Pigs......
