Fun fact. The north knob on Elk Mountain has the highest elevation in eastern PA - 2693 feet. Unfortunately though their website still looks like something out of the movie "war games" from 1983 with Matthew Broderick.

Blue look badass from a distance too. Vermont jokes aside but if you're ever pulling in to Elk from the north side of the mountain and you get to see the slopes from a distance it also looks pretty badass. Took this last time I was there.

Arrived early with my kid. Snow was great early on. Also got stuck on the 6er when it went down. Wasn't terribly long but enough to divert the masses to the quad. Called it a day after that. Fun morning still

Have something with my daughter in the morning but will see what I can do. Why no toast this morning?

Antman I would have looked from you had I known who to look for. Almost forgot to mention it was really nice seeing / skiing with Mr. NMSki who I haven't seen since the party room in WY as well as Matthew Edge and his buddy (who I don't think posts here).
