It was absolutely dumping on the mountain. As soon as I went down about 500 feet in elevation roads were wet and it was barely doing anything. The commute to work was a breeze. It's coming though

Evening report... Sweet. Snow is soft and downright delightful. Much better than yesterday. Great night for bumps. No lines but a decent crowd for this time. Temps are in the upper 30s.

How many other mountains in the east are open today right now at this hour? I think blue may be the only one.

One of the most legit opening days that I've ever had. Blue surprised us with a Lazy Mile opening. Crowds weren't bad at all. Conditions weren't terrible, especially upper main street. Tons of PASRs were in attendance. Great day to begin the skison.

I'm shooting for a 7:30 arrival. Only 12 hours to go.

I was looking for anything to get my ski stoke on. Usually I can find that on the alternative stations. CDs? Really? What am I going to play it on? A portable Cd player with the tape deck attachment?

We had the alternative station on the satellite radio. Just wait until next trip. I'm providing you with courtesy wakeup calls at 4am via my headphones at full volume in your ears.
