There were absolutely no mega lift lines this last season. The new lift solved for that.

Nope

We have window units for AC #poconolyfe…I guess I can cut down all of the bushes and tress and put sod down.

Weeds would take over.

The grass and weeds are starting to grow. F that. I need to buy mulch this weekend too. There are infinitely more things that I’d rather spend money on than mulch and roundup. Can’t wait for the allergies to kick in. Ugh

Looks like whiteface is in the sweet spot. I’m so down for this.

260 on average

What’s I think more impressive is that Arizona snowbowl (400 so far) is doing better than the front range CO and Whistler and by a good margin.

Flagstaff has an airport but yeah I fly into Phx then drive. The drive is so nice that it goes quick. I think the shuttle is managed by the city and I don’t think it runs midweek at certain times during the season so gotta be careful if you do that. If renting get awd if you can. I’ve seen tons of people w front wheel hitchhiking to get up. There’s even a “hitchhiking lot” on snowbowl road toward the bottom. if you go… comfort inn on Beulah boulevard (not the other comfort inn). 15 or 20 minutes to the base are but you won’t be disappointed.

Well I renewed the Snowbowl pass so definitely there. Would love it if PASRs visited it too! Outside of that and blue of course idk yet. I do really want to get back to Utah.

Have fun. Skis are packed away for the season. Planning out next year though!

Snowbird and snowbasin have announced that they broke all time snowfall records. Just a matter of time before others start saying the same.

Fun day. One of the few things I like about CB is that it always makes me appreciate Blue's terrain that much more. Enjo nailed conditions. Bone rattling frozen cord was everywhere with the exception of a 3 or 4 turns on king Tut. What was open had surprisingly decent coverage and the bubble lift was a hoot. In the house were @mute1080 @Dirtwolf @Schif @Benm @enjoralas @indiggio and a bunch of peeps with indiggio that I didn't know, a few cb locals and I think we saw @DiMe too. Blue peeps were representin'. Good day, good season.

On my way. I'm parking as close as I can possibly get to the snow

I noticed that as well.

with the heavy rain today coupled with the warm temps and heavy rain tomorrow it should be like a winter wonderland on Sunday.

How can anyone complain about a season pass price increase when your mountain announces that they are expanding snowmaking capacity by 30%? That’s pretty awesome. Now they just need to get rid of the orange lights and we’re set.

Are you going to CB on Sunday

I wonder what tomorrow’s rain and 60 degree temps will do to the snow at wherever is opening.
