I hate this...I hate all of it however from a marketing perspective I get it. They're catering to NY and NJ folks who, by investing, feel as if they have some sort of ownership (even though it's not) in CB / Poconos. Chances are if you drop 3 grand you're making CB your home mountain / sole ski destination encouring the suckers who buy this trash to return multiple times year. God I can't wait to get out of PA.

I'd still rather not cram the pasr 6er with random strangers.

This thing is growing it's second arm since I brought it home from Arizona last September. I wonder how big it'll get. Maybe I can move it to the front yard and have a giant cactus in my lawn. That would be awesome

The response in CB is to put together a preservation tax. The response in Albrightsville is to knock down more trees and build another f'ing dollar geneal.

Because everything in this country becomes political now a days. Including things like wearing a mask or getting a vaccine that clearly helps themselves and others. It's pathetic.

Show your table to the kids and parents of kids who have asthma and ask them if they give AF. Not to mention the multitude of 12 to 17 yos who want it but can't get it because their parents won't consent.

Easier said than done. So let's say most kids go back to school in the fall. Sports, clubs etc are all back to normal. Kid A and B are in first grade. Kid As parent's are vaccinated. Kid B's are not. Kid B gets it from his or her parents and brings it to School. Gives it to Kid A when sitting next to him on the bus. That's Kid As fault for not social distancing??

Kids under 12 arent actively choosing not to protect themselves. They can't because they're unnable to get vaccinated. If an anti vaccine person gets my kid sick I'm gonna be pissed the F off. Not to mention school last year was a nightmare. If it's virtual again it's gonna be a problem for a lot of families. If it goes sideways again it's a huge problem.

Barb you're awesome. I would think the latter part of that would be best to allow some of the off piste there to fill in (Teocali, stuff off the t bar etc). I'm gonna try to swing this if I can. will be tough but gonna try...my FOMO and jealousy will be (in the words of Bobby Brown) "too hot to handle, too cold to hold...they're called Ghostbusters and they're in control".

I don't think there's much close to CB. Depends on your definition of close I guess, Telluride is what 3 hours away maybe. Monarch 2ish?
