we took uber from mark's girls place in philly to the airport, then she picked us up when we got back. mark was oringinally supposed to stay 2 days more, but changed his flight to come back with me. saved my ass cause i would have had to lug my stuff on the train to conshohocken. my dad offered numerous times to pick me up from the airport, but i would feel bad making him drive 1 hour each way to get me.

my board needs waxed very very bad but i wont wanna do it after a 12 hour day. i hate the scrapping part lol mark cannot make it, it will be a solo session for me. i still need to get another night session in but i cant waste a weekday morning.

the crazy thing is amazon was blowing me off for the past week until i filled out the survey they send at the end of each email with negative scores, they literally called 5 mins later and resolved the problem.

no, using the ones from december cause they are just starting to come apart near the heel. they sent the correct ones 2 days after i got the wrong ones. they were claiming i never sent the wrong ones back. the correct ones are starting to fall apart near the heel. the only thing that has me optimistic is one of the ski bums we crashed with was having the same problem with his DC boots, but way way worse than mine. He said DC sent him a giftcard for the price of the boots. if they do that, i will have no issues with them.

ya frontier not as good of a deal if you had baggage. even with baggage, frontier was still the cheapest option compared to other airlines for my denver trip

bought them in decmeber. they sent the wrong ones. i called amazon and they sent me a return label, refunded my card, and had me re-order the boots. everything seemed fine til last week when they added $307 to my card because they claimed they never got the boots i sent back, even though the tracking number confirmed they did. i called amazon and they put me to backcountry, backcountry sends me to amazon, etc. finally after an hour of phone calls today amazon admitted they got the boots but the return was never processed on their part. they claim they are refunding my card.

i had one check on and one carry on.

only took a week of phone calls, dozens of emails, and backcountry.com, Amazon, and my bank, but it looks like the bogus snowboard boots charge is coming off my card. once that is complete, i can start a warranty return with DC cause the boots are already falling apart. what a nightmare, getting shipped the wrong boots and instead of an apology, they charge my card twice and give me a week of run arounds

frontier is $30 for check in, $35 for carry on. most ghetto airline i have ever flown in...the seats are 30% smaller than normal airline seats. they are not regular airline seats with floating seat cushions, they are hard plastic office chairs with a small layer of padding on top. you also have to pay for water lol. still would fly them again cause they are cheap
