I'll be up at Blue afterwork. Prob around 4ish. Last weekday session of the year unless tomorrow afternoons weather is ok. Looking like we might be spared this weekend. Rain not supposed to start till Saturday afternoon and could end before opening Sunday.
Feeling the need for a RAW session myself...
Saw they changed the weekend rain forecast too. Hopefully it'll evaporate more on the way across!

Why doesn't Blue practically give passes away in the late season, like $5 or free w/ can of something, anything to get people there instead of an empty mountain of passholders?
Not that I'm complaining that we have the mountain all to ourselves, but ticket buyers are their bread and butter, that and overpriced beer and food sales.
Just entice people to go to the mountain. They're running the lifts anyway, operations are working, food staff is working.
Why not make some $$$ while they're at it??

Looks like a batch down south that may increase.
They're probably closing more due to lack of crowds and to save on expenses rather than the weather.
Just using it as an excuse.

I once saw a bird fly over Blue. I thought it was just a small plane but upon further inspection it was definitely a bird. I like birds...bird is the word.
Have you heard the word about the bird?

rode the lift with an old couple today who were arguing if they were squirrels or chipmunks... one of the worst rides of the year.
Should have argued with them and said they were Jackelopes.

I saw squirrels under 6-pack....The first time I ever went to montage I saw a lot of porcupines, but never saw any there again

Big liability without them operating.
Blue will allow you to skin up the trails, but SP will stop you and ask to see ticket/pass which you have to have for liability.
