nice report. i have never been to elk. maybe one day i'll get up there. maybe.

just got back from a 2+ hour session at Blue. wasnt too bad. conditions were nice first thing in the morning. the snow was hard and very carvable. good thing i didnt take out my park skis because the snow was SOLID. anyway. tons of PASRs were out today. me, doug, jeff, justo, justin, bmtroublemaker, noxidee, matt, chippy, his dad, i dont even remember everybody that was there. so it was a good day. oh yeah. and chippy's dad took a nice fall right were lazy turns at the bottom of sidewinder. crazy guy tried skiing around people and didnt see that there was no snow on that side of the trail and flew right off the trail. broken goggle (good thing they are cheap) cuts on face. but still a trooper and skied. anyway. thats all. i'm sure there are more detailed reports to come from others. oh yeah, and jeff pushed some dude off of the lift. i dont know who it was though.

haha fine. on a rating of 1-10. i'm a drunk enough to be a 7. i'll see all of you at Blue for opening. i have some energy drinks to keep my stoke alive in the AM. peeeeeace. ya heeeard.

most likely. i have another final at 1:30 so who knows then i'll get up there. depending on conditions i might not even stick around until 7. i hate skiing at night anyway.

i heard talk of opening challenge for saturday... i dont know how much truth is behind that, but i know they have a decent amount of snow on it.

blue has been open for a week and i havent noticed any issues with the snow as of yet. once we get some mid season thaws is when the bad conditions start to happen. also, skiing at night doesnt help someone's view on the conditions either... i ski during the day as much as possible and dont really see any problems with the snow. its once everybody and their neighbor come to the mountain after 3:00 that the place goes to shit.

i'll be there at night sometime. i have two finals tomorrow and i need to stop home too sometime.... i might just go later at night and hit the park.

not to screw all of us over... but i'm kinda hoping it doesnt his us that hard because my girlfriend's flight comes in saturday afternoon... Noww if it decides to slow down and pound us after saturday afternoon or sunday, thats perfectly fine with me :-)

blue isnt last to close because they book receptions at their lodge so they need time to close down and clean the place up for that. thats one reason. how about this... for those of you who don't like the conditions at blue... go somewhere else and stop complaining about it. if you dont mind them, then who cares and go ski.

what were they doing? well, making a 3-4 foot base on their trails so they dont have to close down during a warm spell.

math? i dont even know what that is anymore. last time i took a math was 4 years ago, sr year of hs.

it is now sleet/rain. pretty much snow all day up until a few hours ago when it changed to snow/sleet and gradually to sleet/rain. i'm hoping sat-sun brings some good snow.

its still snowing at blue. my mom just called and told me it was snowing at home, so its going to be snowing at blue too.
