  2. I’m gonna check out the menu and hours of operation. I might even buy enjo a Mexican Coca Cola.
  3. New edit from Kai Jones
  4. Nice we can all meet at barley creek brewery after skiing the camel for beers as camelback doesn’t allow tailgating.
  5. I doubt their snowmaking crew is even on site until November.
  6. They have a lot more lift capacity now.
  7. Sweet I was hopeful PA would go legal but ran out of patience so got my medical card two years ago. It’s amazing
  8. Yeah Killington has been making snow. I wouldn’t be surprised if they open this weekend. Maybe Friday for season pass holders and saturdays be Sunday for the general public. Wow just wow people in Vermont still read the farmers almanac. Anyway thanks for checking in SallyCat, I’ll be sure to bump some of your old posts from time to time.
  9. Here’s a video on Jackson hole…unless you’re really rich you’re better off being a tourist than living there with an average home price north of $3m https://www.cbsnews.com/amp/news/wyoming-jackson-hole-income-inequality/
  10. Thanks AtomicJeff for the hospitality last night and good seeing all the PASRs last night especially Salty and Johnny Law. The Ribs Enjorales brought were on point and i enjoyed plenty of other good food and beer.
  11. I wonder if NMSki will want to join my hot dog club aka the glizzy gang.
  12. I just talked to atomic Jeff and he said bring good beer. I’m going to distributor near me that sells dank six packs.
  13. Oh he’ll have a blast. Maybe he’ll even give you a lesson.
  14. Salty that’s really kind of you.
  15. Where’s your second season pass for?
  16. @saltyantare you gonna be at the PASR party tomorrow night?
  17. No I’m talking about Frank the hot dog you know Frank wiener he went to band camp with us.
  18. I feel for the retail stores in Jim Thorpe..this is a prime time weekend for them. You know when they opened the eastern PA stretch of I-78 in the late 80s, they let people bike and in-line skate on the highway. That’s radical. Before that you had to take Root 22 to get to jersey or NYC and before root 22 there was a train that ran that Root.
  19. You are correct are you going to purchase a season pass at Camelbsck for the 22-23 ski season?
  20. We’ll see I’ve heard talk of a polar vortex already forming up near Santa’s workshop so it could be one of those November’s where the cold cums in hard…fast and persistent…where killington only opens a few days before Hunter and I’m once again on the news being interviewed saying about how this is bonus skiing. Remember anything before Cinco de Mayo is bonus.
  21. Thanks looks like the lift runs at about half speed and a pretty decent elevation rise.
  22. All y’all underestimate Blues snowmaking capacity. Upper Main Street and vista were their weak links before. With a paradise opening they can really blast blast blast. Let’s hope we have a start like 2019
  23. I actually thought the picture was from pigeon forge or somewhere on a mountain. I’ve never been to Knoebels so didn’t know they had a chairlift. Dorney park called their chairlift a sky ride.
  24. Paradise for opening would be progressive. Operating out of the valley for opening would be radical. I’m so used to starting my season out in the summit and central gully area that skiing paradise and perhaps free fall early season would be rad. Free fall has these really high tech snowmaking cannons that really lay out a lot of base and you know what they say, it’s all about the base.
