The lag time in PA is much more than one day. More like 2-7 days.

I’m thinking 3-4” so far and snow coming down sideways. It’s pretty light and dry. Some areas with almost no snow and some drifting.

Most take measurements from five different spots and take the average. Middle of the hard seems like snow could be blown away.

I just went to the UPS store and only one customer and then got a few slices of pizza..the roads and stores are absolutely deserted and it’s only snowed like an inch. Amazing.
