  1. Hey All, I’m back from another fun day at Blue mountain the true mountain. I arrived at the upper lot super early a few minutes after 7 and it was a nice view of valley fog and clearing up near the mountain peaks. The temperature was in the low 40s with moderate winds. In the house were Atomic Jeff, BenM, Pops, Enjorales, NMSki, JFBBDan, Mute, Ryan, Johnny Law, Enjorales cousin, Mixilplix, Matt Edge, Zack, TP4, Antman, Rodney, Slim and many others. Third rope drop in a row..feeling like groundhogs day but in a good way as opposed to the previous 270 days. Vista was smooth...midway as well lower Main Street in the fog that rolly Polly stuff..rather not go fast through that I guess that’s like two and a half D snow. Come around was nice and Burma skied about the same as yesterday maybe a little softer in the corners. I definitely was in some dirt...midway turned to thick spring snow fast and lower Main Street remained firm in the fog although I’m sure big push piles by now For season passholders Blue remained like a country club..no liftlines..people buying tickets came later. No race team or employees skiing and limited attendance made the runs uncrowded. I remember opening weekends in the past with 20 minute liftlines today may have been 20 seconds. They still sold a decent amount of tickets but they arrive at 9-10ish for morning tickets and 11:30-12:15 for afternoon sesh. Was fun hanging out in the lot in 50 degree temperatures. Had some beer and chips. The weather forecast couldn’t be better..Even with the limited terrain I need to be a rider if the storm maybe Wednesday PM or even Thursday AM...I wanna ski some nice groomer snow as well..maybe another morning this week... I’m think the valley and six pack will be open next weekend along with tubing. Was a super good opening weekend thanks to a couple semi cold days. I wonder how the skiing was at bear creek, Elk or Canelback? Was Shawnee open? Who cares they aren’t blue.
  2. Laughing so hard I am
  3. Salty you had like the third best parking space. If only there was a magic carpet from your parking spot to the snow...that would be rad.
  4. I feel like that vehicle has plenty of room inside for those skis.
  5. Salty was also in the house...
  6. Have you heard any info on the snowstorm
  7. Hey All, I’m back from a fun second day at Blue mountain the true mountain. I arrived at the upper lot at 7:05AM made stupid good time and it was 39 degrees under overcast sky’s. In the house were Shadows, PARidge Atomic Jeff, Rodney, BenM, Slim, Bethlehem Ford Guy, Schifdawg, TheDude4Bides, JFBBDan, SkiNancy, SkiNancy dog, Enjorales, Pops, Toast, West Chester cowbells and many more. Repeat of yesterday’s opening with TruTV reality TV star and mountain manager Jim Daily.first run vista was nice midway semi smooth lower main kind of frozen crud..come around had decent snow but in the fog, vista stayed nice in the fog. Midway became more spring snow push piles not bad but lower main herky jerky dialed back to 70% and got passed by 5-6 people. I for sure skied Burma more today than any day since Naughty By Nature was on top of the record charts I skied a little more than yesterday, had some fun masked chairlift conversations with PASRs. Had a few lot beer...and sour cream and onion chips...was a fun day two.
  8. Apparently the bars in Allentown were packed last night for the last day they were allowed to be open. Gravity nightclub looks like it was Lit AF

  12. Hey All, I’m back from a super fun opening day at Blue mountain the true mountain. I arrived at the upper lot around 8:05AM and it was 34 degrees with a few dozen cars already in the house. In attendence were Mute, Ryan, Atomic Jeff, Justo, Toast, Mixilplix, Johnny Law, Bethlehem Ford Guy, Slim, BenM, Enjorales, Pops, Falco, Keith, Crazy Kathy, Rodney and many others. Rope drop was mellow and TruTV Star Jim daily mentioned about mask usage and all in all people were very respectful wearing masks walking through the lodge, in liftlines and walking around. First run in vista to midway to lower Main I was in the middle of the pack..Snow was alright until lower main when it was cookie city. Come around had nice snow and midway got rough really fast. A bonus for this years opening was Burma road which proved to be fun although as Toast called it a bakery. The corners were mad technical. Best snow on the mountain was on vista. While I skied no real lift lines..Blue limited attendance enough combined with being a weekday opening it almost felt like being at a skiing country club. Even the one time I used the restroom inside it wasn’t crowded like normal. The parking lot today was super fun..the snack I brought were consumed and I bought pierogies from the food truck..drank some dank beer and enjoyed the 40something degree temperatures. All in all the main theme today was just how great it was to be back skiing again today. Props to Blue for being super organized and most of our passes worked.
  13. Lots of people booting up already. Already saw one of the Garys(tighty whitey Gary). 34 degrees.

  17. Fake news
  18. Well then I got a grate deal and didn’t have to wait for slow ass mail.
  19. Reminds me of when I gave sexkitten $10 and two runs later she had a couple pizzas
  20. My takeout order at Youells last week was like $80 and I tipped $18 and they were so appreciative of the business. And I was appreciative of the brown butter and fine seafood
  21. Would be rad...and not that difficult to figure out a system for it.
  22. I’d support them. Tomorrow I’m buying a couple hundred in gift cards at Youells in allentown...I like restaurants a lot so don’t wanna see them go under.
