@theprogram4 elk is Out of Touch..they charge like a thousand for a season pass and you aren’t allowed to ski in the woods. They did have a quad lift back in the 90s

Haha Frankenlift and now I have my fourth favorite Hall and Oates song stuck in my head…Let’s hope somebody saves Elk..with their northern climate and high elevation. They could compete with other Vermont ski areas if they updated their snowmaking and lifts. Their base is higher than the summit of Mont Bleu which is like skiing in canada without the border checkpoint cause they have poutine at slopeside griddle

Nice report…Chris Christie is a legend and glad he’s officially entered the world of ski technique. Nice that the boom crew is out, while Harold is the strongest skier of the group, Bethlehem Ford guy has the most elegant technique and therefore he’s the Jean Claude Killy of the group.

After going to montage, it makes you appreciate Blue. I was on the lift yesterday with a former montage instructor who lives in the city of Scranton and he has a season pass at Blue cause he can’t stand the slow lifts at Montage.

It won’t be busy this Thursday, most ski clubs are finished.

Damn I was thinking they might close tomorrow AM…
