Hey All, Its sadly the third or fourth last weekend of the season but we will be blessed with fantastic weather..anybody going to be at Blue mountain this weekend? It would be boring to ski alone.

If I ever ski Jackson hole with you I’ll show you a good one between the top of the gondola and Casper area. You can fly...in my younger days I solidly flew 50-60 feet at least and like 15 feet high at the one spot where the trail drops away after a catwalk. Woo...I felt like I was Pepi Stiegler for a second before I came back down to earth.

I haven’t had to roll the windows up or down yet this season.

I caught air off of the first roller..didn’t venture all the way over to Razorback.

They might still be open the first weekend in April. Also Easter is late this season so they can’t use that as a reason to close.

Atomic Jeff saw you driving to Blue a little after 6..I was just happy to get a bunch of razors runs in...middle section of razors was butter

How late were you guys there until? I usually seem to leave the lower lot after night skiing between around 940 and 1005. Last season there were a few nights it was more like 1030 which is why Matt Edge parks at the top lot for night skiing so he’s not tempted to hangout.

I’m guessing this next week will still likely be 9pm closings but the following 8pm. That’s based on last season..and I doubt anybody at blue even remembered what they did last year so could be anything. I would expect info Sunday or Monday for the following midweek.

This is for Allentown so cooler for Blue. Aside from today I don’t see a week of 60s

You always ask gaper questions. The base will outlast the season. They blew too much snow on most of the runs..

The three guys in nice clothing are likely consultants working for Vail..I’m sure the scene was something like this over in the tubing tent.

Lower Park was the recipient of a lot of parking lot dust. Melting out fast over there and on landing strip probably due to its western exposure which means prolonged late afternoon sun. Razor burn had nice corn snow but I didn’t ski it.

Gotta set aside a bottle of champagne for Mrs. Snowbunski salty Bring enough fruit by the foot for Matt Edge. We wanna make sure he has energy to DJ

Hey All, I’m back from a late afternoon session at Blue mountain the true mountain. I arrived at the lower lot around 347pm and in the house were Root and Atomic Jeff. The temperature was around 60 degrees and I enjoyed a quick beer before hoofing it over to the quad. I mainly skied razors which had fast spring snow light to moderate chop in spot..skied Barney’s Bumps once they are deep and big they need a reseed nice untracked corn to the left of the bumps along the edge. Nightmare to dreamweaver was real nice and pretty smooth and challenge was pretty rough on top and smooth in the middle. After skiing had a beer in the lot and me and Atomic Jeff went to point Phillips but the place was completely packed so went to Applebys which was pretty good...see some of you Saturday morning for some fun in the sun and Sunday morning when things get Crunk!!!

I wonder why hunter west isn’t open. I believe they blow snow on all but one run over there.
