Hey All, I’m back from a fun session at Blue mountain the true mountain. I arrived at the lower lot at 722AM and Atomic Jeff Andy Root were already in the house. Also in attendance were JFDan, Toast, NMSki, Johnny Law, Ryan, Matt Edge, VTMark, MBike Mike, Mrs. Snowbunski, Indiggio, SaltyAnt, Eaf and many more. Conditions bagan as machine groomed packed powder. Razors, Switchback and Nightmare to Dreamweaver were all good..sidewinder and Challenge were a bit choppy but tolerable. From about 830AM-9:30AM it snowed heavily with a coating of accumulation and the snow slowed down a little more as there was a little more cushion for the pushing. Not quite as many people as yesterday but still solid for this time of year. Fun was had had in the parking lot and soft pretzels and pierogies were enjoyed by all and I even got a pack of Captains Wafers which makes today’s lifestyle shot!!! JADIP

I’m sure the kids don’t mind the extra flight time. I remember once going to Disney world as a kid Allentown airport to Washington DC to Charlotte to Orlando

Hey All, I’m back from a fun day at Blue mountain the true mountain. I arrived at the lower lot around 720AM and in the House were Indiggio, GahSkier George, Schif, Rodney, Toast, Atomic Jeff, Tarponhead, Justo, TheRealKT, Johnny Law, TheDude4Bides, Telematt, Ryan, Enjoralea, Marty,homegirls tarpon knew from Platty. MBike mike, Nastar glenn and mrs snowbunski were also in the House. Conditiins began firm firm and fast and stayed that way for awhile razors and switchback were good. Nightmare to dream weaver wasn’t as good..I even skied lazy mile once for the culture. No lift lines until about 930am when the six pack stopped a few times so did some quad laps. Sun waa shining bright and had some beers in the parking lot then enjoralea grilled up a bunch of food..including steak, pork loin and sausage..was very very good. After ample time in the lot went back on the slopes for round two. Watched the Thomas brothers get progressive on sidewinder and in the bumps which were very nice and then skied four runs in a row on a corny hero snowed razors edge..had another beer in the lot and ready to ski tomorrow.

I believe they have one run that’s super steep by PA standards. Went to youtube its Gunbarrel

Blue looks like Chamonix compared to Roundtop.

No bday skiing at Killington?

Yeah you haven’t been on a ski trip in awhile. You should go up there when blue closes will be good preparation for a trip with Matt Edge and Salty next winter.
