Ski Posted January 22, 2006 Report Posted January 22, 2006 Smoking her competition by SECONDS in today's ASRA slalom race at Blue, 'Mom took first in her class Bitchin' 'Mom!!!!!
skimom Posted January 23, 2006 Report Posted January 23, 2006 Well, given my extreme advanced age, that's not saying so much, but thank you anyway. I'm more impressed with the 'dude who won himself a position in the top 30 seeding for CBs race. Those guys really know how to ski. RC did quite respectably as well.
skierboi Posted January 23, 2006 Report Posted January 23, 2006 (edited) i dont think i did that great today, my first run was ok but my 2nd was bad, ps., i dont recomend racing with a migrane, its not pleasant Edited January 23, 2006 by hooked on snow

skimom Posted January 23, 2006 Report Posted January 23, 2006 RC: You guys don't give yourselves enough credit. You wouldn't catch me dead racing down that icy headwall. BTW, where were all our Blue fanatics for the ASRA race? Everyone in the state was there except you guys. Doug, Atomic, MetzyBoy, ...I thought all you wanted to test your skills on an ASRA course @ Blue.

skimom Posted January 23, 2006 Report Posted January 23, 2006 Ski999 was busy training the '999let. That's legit - there is now a 5 yo racing ASRA, so she's got some competition. (smart money's on the '999let - her competition is still 100% in the wedge mode).

Ski Posted January 23, 2006 Author Report Posted January 23, 2006 I blew off both ASRA's this weekend to take Ty to Montage NASTAR. Now I'll have to head to NY to try and score some points in my age class, but no regrets.

Take a kid skiing!!! Props!
