  1. Rumor has it because of the ton of natural snowfall at Belleayre this season and still having great base depths they plan to stay open deep into April! Potential PASR weekend at the Bell after the Stowe trip?
  2. I will most likely take your offer on one of those comps next weekend !
  3. Good job now I don't feel guilty. Where were you today!
  4. Oh god I hate Camelbeach lol. I hope it dumps in Vermont ! Sorry Doug it was an instant reaction to hit the negative sign when I seen Camelbeach lol, I made up for it with a + on the cold VT post though
  5. Yeah getting older and injured sucks, I've pretty much cut my limited park riding down to nice mellow features in prime conditions.
  6. I heard about this misfortune at Barley . How did you manage to do it, don't you ride with a helmet?
  7. Only YOU can prevent forest fires!
  8. Where were all the boarders? I was the only PASR boarder in the house

Whats your method for melting ptex candles? I tried melting and dripping it into spots to repair but it didn't work so hot with my bic lighter or a normal candle lol. I found what worked best for my repair was running my flat iron super hot and just pressing the candle into the grooves and core shots.

I will be there for the 10am meet time but I am almost certain at that time rocket, asp and marjies might still be rock solid. Either way, it will be a fun day everyone will just have to stay longer while things soften up Good reason to watch the competition to. If whoever has the radar gun is coming you should bust it out on marjies or rocket in the morning you might hit a new record
  18. Just got back from a short session at the Camel. It felt like a warm December blue bird day at the mountain and the conditions somewhat reflected it. First impression when strapping in was the snow is super fast compared to yesterday it turned into sugar again instead of spring corn. Took a run down King Tut and it was nice sugary softness most of the way down with some frozen cord on the side. Headed over to Birches next and it was the same accept today the snow was not dirty and fast enough to easy skate across the flat. Next run was down Big Pocono which was solid cord at the top followed by Rocket which was scary rock solid boilerplate with very light cord tracks, def not ideal steep conditions without razor sharp edges. Everything was soft once off the steeper vertical, I spent the rest of my time lapping Tut and Birches. It's going to be the coldest it will be for the rest of the season tonight I believe so things are going to be ROCK solid tomorrow morning. It's been said already but if you plan to go to Camelback early tomorrow you better sharpen your edges. Fortunately the high for tomorrow is about 5 degrees warmer then today so hopefully around the afternoon the steeps will start to soften up.
  19. Got my dates confused, I believe the rain will be over long before morning. As long as they're daily report says open around 7-8 when they put it up should be a safe bet.
  20. Whhhhhaaaatttt......?? is an iphone without appz! At least get the skireport.com app so you can see where the powder fell today around the world You can also get the trail map app, it might come in handy Saturday in case you get lost in the vast terrain the Camel has to offer.
  21. Stowe PASR trip April 9-11.
  22. I know it's depressing but it's the inevitable, I'm just glad they're open so we can get more ride time in before having to seek whiter pastures up north. That's the spirit!!
  23. Ill be there in the afternoon.
