  1. I'm assuming that was dirrected to me, and not to Jeff... There is deffinatly a limit on Nastar course to how fast you can ski them. There are days where just for fun, I have tucked straight down top to bottom (no turns), and came out with a HC of 8...There are also days where I skied like poo and came out with a very low HC..I think that just shows that Nastar is not always great to show from week to week... I might not be imporving on CB's Nastar course, but I'm usually the fastest one there, so suck it
  2. Baby it on the rails??
  3. Assuming they are not going to be on any TV stations around here?
  4. Nothing will get you laid doug...Cept lots and lots and lots of alcohol
  5. Throw them in your car if you are going to the ski show this weekend. If I meet up with you (and they are still not sold) then I'll take a look at them...Gotta see how badly you beat them up. (Plus they might be a wee bit on the small side for me...but gotta have some rock skis)...
  6. BC's announcers are the shit! I don't know if I would say they have the worlds worst Nastar course, just because you saw rob on it... Park City has a mad flat 15 second course...Much flatter than BCs....
  7. How much? Shoot me a PM if your actully thinking about it...
  8. What mountain did you buy
  9. Unless you can get a mountain to send you as there offical pacesetter, you can't go. They are supposed to send 2-4 I believe...
  10. # Mid-Atlantic * Bear Creek Mountain Resort / Macungie, PA / December 17-18 * Hunter Mountain / Hunter, NY / December 19-20
  11. Probably...But I'm not sure if thats what they are going to use for the pacesetting trials or not...Maybe they will put it on sasquatch
  12. BC is supposed to be holding the regional pacesetting trials for Nastar in mid Dec. Are you guys going to do it on your race hill, or a different trail?

    Nestors Ski Swap

    I'm pretty sure they do...
  15. You can sue them. Probably won't win, unless you have a real good case of them being very negligent...

    Nestors Ski Swap

Its usually not worth going to if you can't get there on friday night. Which I won't be able to this year. Too bad too, cause if you are there in the first hour or two, you can usually pick up some good deals...
  17. After CB kept there guns on for like 36 hours on Asp, it was sweet. It wasn't powder, but there were big piles on it, all over the place, and it turned into a bump run, with no hardpack, it was a nice change...But you still can't blow powder... But you can blow hardpack
  18. Check your messages
  19. There is a lot I don't know. To me it seems like equivilant cases would be, you getting hit by someone while driving, and being upset that the police don't know who it is...Cept in this case, the time scale was moved up a lot quicker, because as soon as the person got off the trail, he was gone... Still don't really see why your mad at CB, would you be mad at BC if the same thing happened their, or Blue? Anyway, I'm going for the night...later
  20. Then your the first one to bust your ass hard enough to get documentation on it, on that section of birches. Though, reading that case, what I picked up from it is that if you were sueing them, you could get the cases of other people who got hurt, not the other people involved in the accident. You can't make CB have documentation that they don't have. Also there is a 5 year statute of limitations on sueing ski areas for accidents you have had (I believe) so I'm sure they keep all reports for 5 years, then shread them after... I have a very hard time seeing your case, and an even harder time seeing CB being scared about it. Don't really want to get into your whole court case or anything, but it seemed like you would have had a better chance with a civil suit against the person who hit you (tho you don't know who that was).
  21. CB vs. Brattuello=People taking CB to court to get any and all documents about including reports of incidents occuring anywhere along a certain ski trail, including the names of injuried parties and witnesses. The court found that too be too broad, and limited it to the site of the plaintiffs fall, and said that they should redact the names of the injured parties, and witnesses. Not really sure what that has to do with CB folks posting on their message board... Well, as we just found out, appently we need to hurt ourselves before we can see those documents...Which is probably a good thing, or we would have people like Atomics dad running around, telling people to get hurt in the same place as somoene else...
  22. That wasn't supposed to be an insult, they don't respond to everything, just like PASR staff doesn't respond to everything Doug posts They have their message board for their marketing purposes, everyone knows that...Which brings me to my next point... No eff-ing sh*t...Who would think a ski area would be taken to court??? I bet there is not one ski area in the country that hasn't been to court. Sno Mountain doesn't even exsist yet, and they have already been to court, thats a really bad thing to say. What was in the letter? If you ever go back on CB property you will be turned into hamburger meat??
  23. I'm surprised they didn't respond in your thread trying to sell your season pass after they refunded the money for it. Something along the lines of "see you in court"
