I was toying around with the idea of buying a pair of super G skis off ebay. If one came by cheap enough (almost any brand) I would think about scoping them up. You know those would be fun skis to fly around the mountain on for the first hour or two... But right now I'm getting a new pair of SL sticks ('07 Elans)... But my skis are all rust free, doug didn't you wax them before the end of the season?

You never tried Volkls, yet you try to tell me they are not the best. I on the other hand, have skied atomics and Volkls (along with many other brands), and can tell you that Volkl makes the sickest GS ski for east coast skiing (and probably west coast, but I don't ski out there)...

That sucks a lot. Not sure what you guys will have to do to validate the pass, like if you get a ticket for it or something....But you would think whatever had to be done, your dirrect supervisor could do every morning...

Jeff, you know Volkl makes the sickest GS ski. I like there SL ski, but its not great. Never skied there speed skis. From everything I have heard, atomic makes fast speed skis, but there GS skis blowwwwwwwww. I bet if WC peeps were only skiing SL/GS they wouldn't be on atomic...They would hit up Volkl...

Uhhhh ok. Remember that CB has to cover there ass from lawsuits. Do you know how bad it would be if they said "we had to take out the slide because of injuries." 5 Year statute of limitations for injuries at waterparks I believe, which means maybe in a year or two they will tell us the real reason

I was actully hoping the new owner would put the slide back in at CB...but I guess thats not going to happen, cause of people like Atomic's parents

Why ski in a different pair for grass skiing? And I agree, bad call to get boots online. However watch out at Nestors, some of those people have no clue whats going on (but I'm sure some do). And those linears that heat up...I don't think they actully help with much at all... Getting someone to fit your boot takes a lot of time, money and trips to the ski store...but if you get a pair that fits well you can keep them for a long time....

Different models sell for different prices...You could go to a ski store, and try to find last years model for a lot cheaper than this years....(and the boots probably didn't change that much over a year).

Check with some of the tecnicas out...

Almost every year (although I don't remember them doing it last year) they take the first night they can blow snow and 'blow the mice out'...turn on the guns for a few hours and let people hike for turns...But they might have realized they don't make money doing that, and stopped...
