  1. Maybe @AtomicSkier will make me a mod if I agree to go on a bike trip with him (not sharing a bed like you two though) so I can delete several pages of this thread. Just kidding, I dun give a funk!
  2. Thanks, upper levels are $16 a day which is only $3 more than economy. That's fine with me. I just worry about fucking up and parking in the wrong spot and have to pay $300 or something so I hope it's clearly marked
  3. As long as I dont have to walk half a mile dragging my luggage. Economy lot was grate because I'd just park by a shuttle stop and walk like 10 yds
  4. Thanks guys, looking for a reputable company since there are so many options.
  5. Anyone fly out of PHL lately? Where the funk do you park? They closed the economy lot for some stupid reason which worked perfectly for me
  6. Why? The only reason I can think of is newbie snowboarders go down steep slopes sideways and scrape all the snow off, exposing the ice underneath (e.g. boilerplate on Chute)
  7. Thanks. Yeah, it's a long way around via I-80 but I'll probably be up at 5-6 am everyday so no big deal on the 1 hr drive to Brighton. I'll be staying in Cottonwood area in SLC for 2 days then
  8. I don't really understand the whole "snowboarders not allowed". I mean yeah, some people dont like park features (me), but otherwise I could care less if there are snowboarders. Why all the hate on snowboarders @theprogram4?
  9. Correct, except $x + 102 for DV I'll most likely do Brighton unless I find a deal somewhere for DV (unlikely).
  10. On 3/2, Brighton is $97 and Deer Valley is $199. I've heard both have amazing groomers so I'm trying to reconcile why DV charges so much more... more exclusive? Zero lift lines? I know DV has a funicular and fancy eateries, but I can use that $102 savings for caviar and oysters while still skiing fantastic groomers at Brighton...
  11. Chain hotels in Heber City, Cottonwood Heights & Ogden
  12. Correct, if there's value in paying 2x as much for a lift ticket. Does DV have gold plated urinals? Heated bubble lifts? Will I feel upper class there like @AtomicSkier? Will Jeeves be standing in the lift lines with an oyster at the end of a fancy fork?
  13. Is it worth paying $102 extra to ski one day at Deer Valley instead of Brighton? And here we .... go
  14. Why not just buy a season pass?
  15. More Copper Footage please! This is the first video/picture/anything from Copper I've seen. Also the 360 is really cool, I need that for my next rap video.
  16. I'll bring Fun Dips and Fruit Roll ups for everyone, maybe a 5 pack of YooHoos to wash it all down
  17. As long as PASR parking lot sessions remain at Blue, I'm willing to pay a much higher price than I would otherwise.
  18. I legit wonder... what is the absolute highest price PASRs will pay for a Blue pass before collectively deciding to relocate to another mountain. $1,000? $1,500? $2,000? More??? I think skiing prices are going to continue to increase drastically over the next several years and cant even imagine what we'll be paying across the board 5 and 10 years from now
  19. @enjoralas got into it with a lift attendant about that yesterday. Long-ish lines and both chairs spinning, but they only loaded 1 chairlift at a time despite 3 workers sitting around in the shack doing nothing. If they were needed to keep the seats warm in the shack, couldn't they get Barb Green out or at least someone from the hot dog stand? Maybe the guy driving the payloader? Some people paid $109 for a lift ticket! I didn't really care since I've had my fill of skiing recently, and the entertainment from Enjoralas was worth it.
  20. They're gonna have to expand the mountain, like in those top secret plans, to handle the additional demand. Since they're making bank this year it shouldn't be too much trouble for them...
  21. Great pics and looks like a fun time. Longest line I've ever seen at Phoebe (though I'm used to less than 10 ppl in line as I ski there at night almost exclusively) Can you elaborate on temperature checks? Is this when you drive in? I've never heard of this at a ski resort
  22. Yesterday I climbed from the lower lot to the Main Street lift via the beginner area. Walking up a steep hill in ski boots isn't the easiest thing but I avoided the lines..
  23. Oops 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️
  24. @Johnny Law Thanks for the tips. Maybe I'll go to DV on my 3rd day on my way out of the Park City region. Sooo many places to go, so little time (6 days).
