Why not both passes? Unless you're not going on a ski trip in the US next year.
-
I swear I saw a billboard that advertised some "Ikon" company on my way out of Camelback last week
-
Wow just wow, I couldnt imagine keeping track of all that for multiple people
-
Pretty close. Well done
-
@GrilledSteezeSandwich Guess what, I updated my stats! Looks like I'm in 10th place 😮
-
Maybe IDK
-
I learned that the hard way after getting ice build up on my boots too many times. Now I obsessively whack the snow off with my poles and haven't had such issues since.
-
Done. Epic Local Pass 2021/2022 purchased. This is grate!
-
Are you excited to go to Stowe with MattEdge next year?
-
I love Stowe. Very excite
-
I do now. Won't be dropping any more poles. But a tree might eat my pole.
-
It was several years ago and I don't remember how it happened...
-
Correct, and they get the money now and invest it throughout the year. With lift tickets at $100-$150, it just makes sense to get a pass these days. I spent over $1,000 on lift tickets this season.
-
I like the staff at Camelback. A yellow jacket got my pole for me after I dropped it on the lift. I talked to ski patrollers on the lift and they were cool. The one lift attendant gave me thumbs up a week ago for my badass slide into the lift queue in which I looked like a #pro. The camel is cool because it gave me a high five. The mountain coaster people were fine. The only worker I Truly disliked was Andrea. She could go to heck. @AtomicSkier Truly talk.

I believe they get bored skiing the same old mountain over and over all season.
-
Correct. And you're 5 posts away from 77777 ... that's a pretty lucky number. Good stuff!
-
I've seen some comments like "stay safe out there". Like what? How am I supposed to "stay safe" on a chairlift except by not riding said chairlift?
-
You're welcome and any time!
-
WJW, I'm practically sold on Epic pass. Next season is going to be truly Epic!
-
Nah, I slow down there so I don't get mad air
-
Their insurance might pay so no problem-o
-
My grievances from that list are paid parking, no tailgating, and VT pricing. Other matters cited dont really bother me. But to each their own 🤷🏻♂️ Elk pulls passes for skiing off groomers as well.

I agree and I've understood this is a large reason why Blue is better (plus higher vert). I still enjoy the front 4 at CB as they are legit steep, albeit short
-
I didnt have any negative experiences with ski patrol and the courtesy patrol, though I don't ski as fast as you all. The one patrol dude was very helpful and got my pole for me when I dropped it right below Stevenson. I've found the employees to be mostly friendly and professional, except the lift attendant Andrea who was very rude to me when I tried to pair up with people as a single. "I'm in charge here, not you!!!" Hopefully she's moved on to a non customer service role as she sucked at it

What's your biggest complaint? I'm just wondering, it's not like I have stake in the company or something. Most of the complaints I've read on here are that there are waterslides and that the place has a "circus" vibe, though those arent relevant to me in the slightest And I do realize you've all been skiing way way longer than I, so I assume CB must have wronged you all somehow in the past??
