This morning was grate even though I was late to the party of Razor’s. Glad they got the quad working because those lines at 820 were bad. Snow was nice and it was fun to ski with a bunch of different PASRs.
Got back up tonight and skied 430-7 with Boo. Sugar on scrap but it was mostly smooth. No big push piles except Lazy. 10-15 minute waits with tons of no masks was pretty miserable at the lifts. One liftee at the six was enforcing masks but the rest didn’t care. Mostly defensive skiing trying to stay away from the Jerry’s but I’ll take it.- 4

Skied from 530-745 in 28° light rain. Snow was good and it was empty. We’ve graduated from Valley School to Vista this week and were lapping that until they closed the Vista chair at 7. The kid had no issues on Vista so moved on to Burma with success. Giving Paradise a shot next but Vista felt great instead of the Valley Hill.
Didn’t really notice the rain since we were skiing slower. Outer wear was soaked by the end of the session though.- 17

I did the same on the ride home...Big thanks to Mute....Had some fun laps with Mute and Boo Bear but once the line got past the scanners I called it...
[mention=512]GrilledSteezeSandwich[/mention] I have an XL black Burton jacket you can use if you want,,,It's in great condition...It does have a hood though...and I'm not sure I will be at Blue tomorrow....
You’re getting the hang of those planks on your feet [emoji6] good talking with you and fun laps! -

I wish. I’d love to have the ability to vaccinate all of my friends here.
I would love it if you would put it in me.

I redeemed it on their website by making an account, and printed out the bar code. I had to make a reservation.
Tomorrow I'll figure out how to get the RFID card - probably just go in the Lower Lodge before 8 am, hand them the paper, and they'll give me the card. I guess.
Sweet thanks. I'm guessing you can go to those kiosks if you have a barcode to redeem it which seems simply enough.

I'll be there both mornings.
1 hour ago, saltyant said:I almost always ski alone, except sometimes do some runs with the Walts. Well this weekend my friend from college is coming on Sunday and I already reserved by buddy pass for him. I know you're saving yours for Zonked.
I probably missed it in another thread but how does one redeem the buddy pass this year? Online or in person?
1 hour ago, GrilledSteezeSandwich said:That’s rad and can use your 10% off season pass discount on food. I’ve yet to purchase food at Mont Bleu yet this season but a visit to the pizza stand tomorrow might be in order.
Chicken (grilled), bacon, swiss sandwich with a honey mustard packet at the bottom lodge is pretty solid.

Ugh!
Was he on the long downhill after the school where there are a few housed before Hoch Rd?
I know there are some VASCAR lines on the road there.
Yup, I never saw him but that’s where he said he was. Blacked out Charger.- 1

Went back for a night session with Boo and skied 5-7:20. Temp was comfortable at 32° and light winds. Crowds seemed lighter then the last 2 nights and lines were only a couple minutes wait. Top of Razors was a little bumped up but the snow that blew over from Challenge and was still good. Plenty of sugar and did think of GSS talking about the Pocono shuffle watching most people ski tonight. Sidewinder was fun with the 3D snow and push piles that made you pay attention.
Great day to look up too. Sunset was purty, a guy at the top of the 6 pointed out the ISS going over head(which is moving 17,130 mph btw) and a Chinook came for a close fly by when we went down SW.
Got to chat with @enjorales and pops in the lot for a bit before leaving, which was nice. I think I saw@mattedge on the hill too
Only took one photo today so enjoy. Watch out west bound 946 about a mile past Moore Elementary on you way to Blue.- 2

I’d be down. Monday or Thursday’s work best but don’t plan anything around me.

Upper Main Street was crème de la crème early. Fun morning with everyone! Good to see Blue listening and put people checking masks at the 6.

Was up 530-730 on Valley School with the fam. Lines at the 6 looked deep all night. I don’t know if it’s a weekday night thing but as Law said, mask wearing was poor, especially at the learning hill. Lifties and instructors didn’t say a word [emoji1304]
Snow was decent and my whirlybirds are improving. I’m guessing they were able to get that groomer out because I saw a couple running on Razors when we were in the lot.- 2

Sick! Nice job @GSSucks, thanks for taking us through the process and results. I hope she has a bunch of rockets on the next pair.

You bought the 100mm ones, right?
Correct! I leave the orange Dynafit seals on for show like the splitter guards on a Charger right?- 1

they should seed some where they've never seeded them before on a zero visibility day and not put any markers up, that would be rad
They tried that with rollers on Razors once.- 1

Passed Atomic and GSS on their way out and got there at 11 to blue skies. Wasn’t the greatest snow and found mostly sugar on top of ice. Quad seemed to be the easiest line to get through but then you had to go through a couple snow guns on NMDW.

Skied Valley School East and West with the fam from 530-730 and it was Epic. Hurt the country club vibe seeing the buses but they did bring entertainment. Saw a kid walking with skis on pavement from rentals to the Valley school. Had some kamikaze skiers that kept doing full yard sales for fun. It looked painful and I was asking myself why would you keep doing that?
Biggest improvement session for my 4 year old tonight. We have turns and stops but we need to build up her leg muscles and attention span. It’s fun to watch the progression.
I’ll be back up tomorrow for a solo lunch session.- 10

Good question - I was not in the house yesterday so I can't confirm. Maybe mute can confirm the whereabouts of his squirrel
Yup, that bastard is running around Dreamweaver and Razors again. He thinks he’s funny but he’s running out of lives.- 2

Double fist pump mid first run made me chuckle. WTGAI!
Conditions were awesome for the first hour, snow was grate except for Lazy. Crowds and non maskers stunk. Fingers crossed I can get out of work the next two days [emoji1694]
