1. Call and tell them you've been a seasonpassholder for N years. I feel like they bend easily.

They wouldn’t honor it. Said it needs to be an available ticket and they are not sold out tomorrow since tickets are available after 3.

2. Call and tell them you've been a seasonpassholder for N years. I feel like they bend easily.

I double checked “pass holder perks” and it doesn’t say anything about blackout dates or limited availability so I think they’ll do it.
3. Blue was a circus tonight after they closed the quad at 7. No reason to with the crowd size but they seem worried about the bottom line compared to spacing people out. Sixer went to 10 deep outside the scanners with no mask enforcement and line management. It was a crappy way to end the night and sucked as a follow up to a nice Monday night this week.

Snow was fine sugar on scrap but I was only lapping paradise with boo and the little one.

Capped the night off with doing my best AtomicSkier driving experience on the way home since we left later then normal. Didn’t work out to well since someone in the back seat threw up in in their car seat [emoji2961]

Hoping to get up tomorrow for opening but I’ll have to swing by work first.

4. The Valentine's Day storm of 2007 was Armageddon in Hazleton. Power out for days, people trapped on the Interstates, grocery store shelves empty. I remember walking around the neighborhood hearing chainsaws and trees falling, and remember the distinct smell of the portable kerosene heater burning in the living room, trailer park neighbors huddled around for warmth.

I was in Bloomsburg for that one and it was a giant snow party. Had friends that were stuck on 80 for 24 hours and they didn’t have as much of a good time.

5. Skied 540-710 with the family and it was grate. Every run was empty and skied right on to the lift. 28°, light rain, with firm hero snow. The kid experienced around the world for the first time, including through Yeti so you can say it got technical. Booted up and then had a beer after with mbike-ski which topped the night off. Clothes are wet but nothing soaked through so I’m glad we went.

6. There will be places that still require them ad places that don't. I imagine public transportation and air/train/etc. travel will require them for longer than other places like restaurants, grocery stores, Blue Mountain...

Woah now. That would almost be like other cultures that were doing that before a pandemic, to protect others instead of being selfish. Crazy talk.

7. Masks will be around for years and for some individuals they will be part of their life forever. There is no "number" that we are shooting for in terms of infections when we think masks can go away and there wasn't really a "number" we hit when we decided that they were necessary. Just imagine being a governor or the CEO of a big public company. All hell will come at you if you're the first to say that people don't have to wear masks in your state and/or establishment.
Rules are super easy to implement and we don't have a lot of precedent for taking them away. I'm guessing forced masking until at least 2023

Damn you, I’m was hoping this summer. I’ve had to wear one at work since April and while the first 6 months were not that bad, I’m hoping to be done soon. I never realized how much we read faces while we spoke until we put masks on.
