1. Checked out the Buckman’s tent sale tonight
in Whitehall. Bought his Patagonia and hers Burton new ski pants in the upstairs loft for $170. Picked up the little one’s first and second pair of used boots for $30. They had pretty good prices and selection. Almost grabbed a HH jacket for $215 but didn’t like the fit. They also had very good condition 181 orange 1080s for $25 that I’m kicking myself for not getting now.

  2. That Jeep Grand Cherokee is the same one (and same color) my husband has. I don’t think our is 75th anniversary edition but they are so nice. Whenever I take a road trip with my friends I always use his car. Those heated seats in the back are great.

I got a Jeep too recently, but more for summer

Badass. Love it when the top comes off in the summer.

This Jeep seems to nice to take off road compared to the WJ. Though most roads seem off road in PA, it’s about the small wins.

PS 248 was just paved on the way to Blue from the south and it goes for anyone coming that direction.

  3. Hell no, Element needs alot of work to be drivable and alot more to be safe LOL she's getting a clutch/flywheel now and then I'll do the rest of the stuff at my house. She'll be back sometime this season.
I did drive it 56miles with no clutch which was pretty exciting. Starting the car and pulling out in gear was fun.

Lol. I got a new whip last month to hopefully avoid anything like that this winter. Swapped the Jeep for a Jeep! ‘16 Grand Cherokee 75th Anniversary

  4. Next weekend could be a reality depending on what next week temperatures do. If they focus on vista it will be more realistic. If they open with Main Street it will take a lot more, obviously.

Looks like every night except Monday can snow making [emoji1694]

  5. Thanks for the invite. However Jackson Hole is a mountain for elite experts who jump off cliffs, do double black mogul runs, and ski trees. I'd rather have a plethora of groomed blue or black/blue runs to go down.

I thought I wanted mostly groomers but I followed fellow PASRs outside my comfort zone and had a blast. Ended up doing everything@toast21602 did except Corbet’s and Chute #1(?). I still remember@indiggio’s tip in outsid-the-rope bumps that brought me up to their speed and I’ll be forever grateful. Top to bottom groomers were the best I’ve ever had but we all know my list isn’t extensive.

Also saw my first true titty sparkles and it didn’t disappoint.

  6. Eh, your decision. But how good was Elk that day? A fucking gem. And rummytreated us like the kings that we are. Same day somebody tried to sell a gift card from Blue claiming it was part of their pay [emoji23]

That day felt like we had our own private mountain with a personal tour guide. Can’t wait for@rummy to get to Blue and repay the generous hospitality.

  7. Excuse my ignorance but who/what is jaindl?

I believe the dad started the turkey farm and now that the kids have taken over, they have been buying a lot in the area. Bought Iron Lakes golf course, Atreat soda when they went out of business, and have loads of other stuff in the works.

  8. Did he say if we get free Epic passes if we already bought Blue season passes?

I forgot to ask him. He was more fired up about the Jaindl thing. Said that if that is true, you will never see him on the property again.

  9. Nice day. They moved the terrain park, last time I was there I think it was where the bump run is now. We even tailgated for awhile, went back out and skied again and tailgated some more. No grill, but lots of food and some beer.

I was looking for you to say hi but I had no clue what skis you had or outfit. Hope you had fun!

Edit: I kept thinking, “does she look like she have oral surgery recently?”
