So my youngest all of a sudden had a "spontaneous pneumothorax"(collapsed lung). Apparently it is a common thing with young, tall, thin males. It was a fun ER experience with the whole Covid situation and since he is technically an adult, the doctors would not only not speak to me, but I had to wait in my car for 3 hours. He needs surgery and I am trying to talk him into getting it sooner rather then later. But goddammit!!!!!!! way to have respiratory issues during a Covid pandemic.
scary stuff having to wait out in the car. hopefully he gets the surgery soon, sending prayers for a speedy recovery.

Whatever the answer ends up being, I really don't care. I'm just lamenting the fact that we are going to throw a bunch of money at it to figure it out, even though everything will be over with by the time they get an answer.

in the past, trash (we've since built a big bear box) or birdfeeders (we don't put them up as much now). that was 2 years ago, even then, we may have only had evidence twice, three times. and i agree about the two together. i've never seen more than one.
we decided to put up some more suet cakes this year. for the past month and a half there hasn't been a problem. they seemed to just be searching for anything after reviewing the cams. they passed two cakes before they came across another that was much further away.
...it got even more interesting when the dog got out...

I'm not really talking about the rates. I'm talking about baggage fees, cancellation fees, charges for flight alterations, getting hit with a fee for a typo on someone's name. Things like that. I would think it also happens if someone were to use points, no?
