    I hope the crowds don't finally wake up and come out this weekend.  Is it me, or does it seem like the crowds have been very light this year???

    crowds have been light, theres no snow on the ground, but that will definatly change, im skiing tomorrow at blue after school (during the day if its cancelled) and cb on friday, im not skiing anywhere this weekend, too crazy, plus i gotta study for exams :angry:

    well it looks like we have single digits untill sunday......

    id love single digits during the week when i dont ski, but then high teens, low 20s for the weekend so its enjoyable! but as long as they can pump out the snow... ;)

    Ahhh crap they closed Nile. I love that trail. Oh well at least we got most of the blacks, Cliffy, and the park open.

    yea, that sucks closing nile for a whole day, i mean they are making huge ass piles of snow in one night, you'd think theyd be able to make enough not to close it

    Holy crap, it wasn't so much the 8 degrees as it was the 30mph+ wind at Montage tonight. It's like God is trying to kill you for wanting to have fun.

    yea....id be such a welcomed surprise if itd warm up to the teens at least! geez! ;)

    if all goes well I'll be there, pending on the status of rhodo. I'm torn between blue and cb but blue's opening of sidewinder park is making me lean toward them... get them boxes up and maybe I'll change... but to be frank, CB's jumps suck and Blue has the ill first one on sidewinder park...

    ahh yess the sidewinder park, a favorite amoung boarders...i must say, some of things they have in there ARE pretty sick...some of the jumps are huge :o

    thats awesome.. i wish camelback had one..

    not only image the uphill capacity of one of those, image how cool it would be to say "the only 8 person lift in the US" cause from their site, i dont think anyone has a dopplymayr 8person in the US

    Actually, I've heard many a story about summer lovin' in the Killington K1 gondola from my friend who lives and works there.  Since the thing is relatively empty in the summer time, that leaves a full *6* minutes from base to summit for you and your significant other to do whatever you feel like doing in there.

    haha...what # gondala was that? wanna make sure i dont ride that one!

     

    and yea, when i had health, they portrayed sex as a bad thing? :blink::lol:

    Haha You mean the ranger....this yeah there is a nice little compression there so if your not ready for it and you hit it fast your in for a little supprise. 

    They are still going strong yelling at us for doing stuff like that.  That is one bad thing about the new CAT room...The rangers are right next door to us.  Well not right next door but close.

    :lol: as skierforever would call it "low rent district" but rangers just suck. period.

    And you can get some pretty sick feelings if your in the back seat and hit them going fast :ph34r:

    haha the image of you, with no poles, in the tuck, hands behind your back, flying off that roller at the bottom of asp, you were in the air soooo dam long, that was really amazing. :o

    i will not.  but there should be a forum get-together one day in the future.

     

    We once had a snowboard.com get-together at that other moutain that starts with a "Mount" and ends with an "eek" and it was very fun.

    greg, ski999 and i had a mini get together! :P but i refuse to visit camelback on the weekends (well i can make exceptions)

    creek is the best mountain for park and pipe who carea about the trails i'v never even been outa the parks.

    Do you ever wonder what it's like to go fast and launch off of a roller? To each his own, I guess.

    i find that i enjoy getting in the tuck down the rocket and just airing off those little rollers, i like shotting straight out, not straight up....you can cary some pretty long distances if you pull up at the right time

    So whos going up friday night, b.c it seems like alot of us will be up there, or is it just my imagination. i know i should be up there from friday till tuesday.....

    Alpine?  Who the F* would pay 40 bucks for that POS mountain?  It even makes Blue look like a good mt.

     

    Jeff actully from when ski season started I have seen my grades go higher and not lower.  So I guess I should ski more.  Anyway back to studing...STOP DISTRACTING ME :P  :lol:

    who the hell would pay $52 for mountain creek! :blink:

    Mountain Creek is up to $52 for a weekend day ticket...for that, you get ice and 1000 people on every slope. And, of course, that d*ckhead SnowSnow.

     

    Weekend Day rates:

     

    CB:            $46

    Shawnee:  $45

    JF/BB:        $45

    Blue:          $44

    Montage:    $42

    Bear Creek: $41

    Tanglwood:  $40

    Alpine:        $40

    Elk:            $39

    Elk rocks, ill be up there not this weekend but next! :D mc is a rip off, and so is everything but montage and elk
