I hope they switch stuff around more. i'd LOVE to see the stair set up top with a nice lip, maybe next to another rail. mmm, so good.

hmmm..... looks fun EDIT: actually, those things are really safe. I remember seeing something on tv with some dude jumping onto one from like, 200 feet up. They use them in hollywood too.

yes, yes it would. -
Most likely going to be there on saturday. Snow storm, how can i put this? Words won't work, so lemme see..... ....you can make the caption

Because people like it. In ten years, it will probably be the same, if not better, with the advances in technology. Seriously dude, what the hell. Is that really necessary, hating on racers? Let people do whatever the hell they want, and if that involves going mach 10 down a hill in spandex and a motor x helmet, then that's what it is. You don't see racers hating on park riders, so why are you picking a fight. Really, it's unnecessary.

Although i like table tops better, it makes sense to build booters instead.

Yeah, I like it how people are supportive at skateparks. Everyone was there at one time,so there's pretty much no hate. Impatience maybe, but not hate. ^^^I love that If you ever need someone to ride with next year, count me in!

I was up there saturday. I got there around 12:00-12:30. I don't remember when it started raining, but i was out in that until 6 or so. A very wet day- looked like i fell into a creek. A few slushy spots and a few bare spots here and there, but otherwise, i can't complain- snow wasn't too slow for me at all. The parks were awesome (probably because lack of traffic)- i landed a lot of new stuff. The only thing in the park I can complain about is the stairs. They were fine early, but then the rain washed them out. They need to groom the run-up for that steeper- like, they need to dig it out so a lip stays longer. That would probably scare off some stair cruisers. Overall, it was a good and very wet day.

Colored lights would be sick! I agree with toast- the lighting in the park isn't all that bad, but there are bad spots. What if a jib company made wide boxes, but with disco lights (like flashing squares)-that would be nuts too!

Just got back, and like toast said, the pipe was awesome tonight-first time i ever rode blue's pipe for real. Everything else was setup nicely.

If that's for me, I'm talking about the down box, which is gap-on in the little park. Too much speed and your screwed.

Yeah, to ski with pain- that takes balls. If you saw him walking around, he was limping, and going real slow- you can tell he was in some serious pain. Tanner seemed like a dick. As soon as simon's bronze was called out, he started yelling and screaming like an asshole.

haha, same here. I may be up there on saturday, but now i'm debating on going sunday insted. Maybe it will be better on sunday. Super bowl means less new yorkers (which i don't think is really a problem at blue-correct me if i'm wrong), and maybe a small dent on the "invasian" not sure yet.

Sugar free red bull, isn't that an oxymoron? What about bawls . So much better.
-
Seriously? That's awesome. If he comes up, let us know. I could tell he was into god and stuff, practically every other wod out of his mouth was jesus- but i guess that's just how he rolls. Simon Dumont is freaking nuts. You could tell he was in pain, limping to the starting gate. He pops his skis on, and goes like he doesn't feel a thing. Then he hurts again . The footage of tanner hall at chad's gap was nuts. That had to hurt like a bitch.

I got a little bit of that. Don't forget Gang Starr

Yeah, but i think mason dragged a hand on one of his tricks?

I'll probably be up there saturday.

I agree with most of what you said. As for having sidewinder setup like a "non-slopestyle" course, i don't think it's possible. Sidewinder is pretty narrow in places, so multiple rails would make the people who shouldn't be in there harder to avoid. I think sidewinder is fine- a few more rails here and there-not too much more. Terrain run (the lower park) is pretty wide though. I think that they should definitely put more rails in there, and grade it down in the summer.

Too bad 90% of the people were voting like it was a popularity contest. That's all anything in the xgames is about anymore-1080s. Not that that's bad, but i'd like to see something smaller and more steezy. Or, i'd like to see someone throw a 1260! (talking about snowboarding here). I was hoping for a change, that shaun white wouldn't win- i was roothing for mason aguirre. Luke Wynan is also one of my favorites in superpipe- he lands everything soo smoothly. Only bad thing is- he doesn't shut up at the end of his runs. I missed the snowboard slopestyle. They play it in the beginning of the xgames, so by the time you remember to watch, it's the 3rd day. Second, they played it so early-they should have waited till 9- i missed everything, as usual. All i got to see was the highlights. Why did they change the skiing slopestyle to a big air. It was cool and all, but i don't think the skiers were really into it. I loved it when that one guy tried the switch double backflip.

Yeah, same here. I thought she might have fallen on the down box. (but then again you said she was just starting rails duh) I usually go to slow for rails, but i went too fast for that one the first time-cleared the whole thing
-
I always get black marks here and there. Nothing serious though, comes out with spray 9 and scotchbrite. Just out of curiosity, which box/rail did she fall on?

Good work. I'm gonna have to get up there some time this season.
