    Sorry for any confusion brm but I was offering them to Schif since I know he's moving from snowboarding to skiing and I think the Phophet may be a good ski for him to try next. Plus the dimensions on them may be good for him. Definitely not to say that I'm not happy to let you try 'em out either if the height/ width etc. are what you're looking for.

    Not bad for the 16th of November. I'm sure Doug will report on conditions in his report...they were what they were. I can't complain it's, again, November freaking 16th. Good to see everyone today and good to be skiing!

    Was thinking under cover litter agents or better yet set up some surveillance cameras?? (Kidding). No tolorance just sounded good in my head when I posted so I went with it. In reality maybe put up a no littering sign or two and up the zincie lift line cleaning shift from semi monthly to once a week.

    Or the guy who attempts to throw empty beer cans from said backpack into the giant garbage can under the lift, but misses adding to the already existing garbage. Side note. My hope for Blue for the 2019-2020 season is that the eyesore giant under the lift trashcan next to sidewinder is eliminated, replaced by a no tolerance litter policy. Tired of people thrashing up the place. Won't happen but I can dream.

    Should be there for rope drop. May need to bail early but probably not the worst thing in the world given that the lines will have grown exponentially by then.

    Welcome brm05. I'll echo GSS and let the gear peeps guide you since a gear person I am not. I like how my skis ski so I stick to a certain width, length, brand etc. Funny thing is that the people here will probably put you on something suited for Europe better than the people in you European ski forum would. You came to the right place.

    I too wish they opened at 8 but honestly you can't complain...it's November 16th. Sunday will be a night sesh...my first of the year. Not 100% on Saturday arrival just yet.

    To clarify...I would only ski CB later in the season on a day that Blue is closed, usually in the spring and never when the weekend circus is in town. Oh and preferably for free on that Alien pass. Only then will Salty and I tackle the spine tingling steeps of Basslicker.
