Looks like no love (snow) for the bumps?

Guess some resorts are doing the fat tire mountain bike on snow activity.
-
They had a snow BMX race a few years back. Guess it never took off.

I see them (not sure if they're Amish or Mennonite) on occasion at Blue. They appear to be having fun, if you call falling a lot fun.
-
There are a lot of bike trails at Blue.

Good to hear it was fun and you incurred no damage. Typically with that amount of snow, it's enough to entice people into the woods, only to find it's not enough coverage and rocks come up through.
-
Was it fun for your ski's edges & bases too?

Problem with Breck is the altitude. It's a killer there.

You just don't get it. Slow lifts are to skiing what waiting for a good wine or scotch to age. They build anticipation. https://live-large.com/blogs/news/ode-to-a-lift Skiing's not all about the vert., the lift ride is part of the experience.

indiggio replied to Rex Goliath's topic in Camelback
I'll take it for -$5.00. You give me the sticker and $5.00. -
Where are the GoPro videos dammit? I'm especially interested in your mogul run videos. Get someone to record you so we all can evaluate your ability.

Thanks for not turning the camera around, I don't like to be on videos!

I thought about tossing you my fanny flap, but I thought that might seem sexist. Plus I didn't want my butt to get wet.

We did those trees the last snowstorm, when there was a lot of overblown snow from Switchback. Thought they would be better, but they ended up being way too short for the effort and there were still lots of rocks jutting out. Once and done...

If I had had my crappy Tigersnakes, I would have run the Challenge liftline, but I didn't want to shred the new whips. Did the Challenge line last year and raked the bases on the TSs, now they're dedicated rock skis.

I would think Winter Park. When the wife and I used to go out, she liked the slopes there and is just green/blue/some black trail experienced around here.
