  1. No, but she won't have to pay all the people to work there tonight either.
  2. It was VERY strange skiing in that warm of weather. The pockets of different air temps reminded me of riding the motorcycle on summer nights.
  3. Bumps were wicked fast. Had to break out the Harts to keep up...
  4. I have a t-shirt, "No Falls, No Balls"
  5. What does the bag look like? I can always use some water and a snack!
  6. Yeah, it's only on me that I didn't want to buy more, no hate towards anyone else from buying more as you state, they allow it so be it. I hear ya about getting a pass as cheap as possible! Go for it!
  7. I only bought 1, didn't want to be greedy... Thanks enjoralas for the heads-up!
  8. Lots of talk on the advert about season pass, perhaps?? Also says "Anything on the Mountain"...
  9. Wow a lunch this year for season pass holders!
  10. I too wear contacts just for certain activities, especially skiing. I tried for a while to wear glasses under goggles, but it just never seemed to work. Inserting/removing takes a bit of practice at first, but one typically gets used to it quickly.
  11. They can pay me to ski in front of them so my rear tips will spray they in the face with the added powder.
  12. I just broke the $1.00/run yesterday on this year's pass. Last year I broke it on 12/30/14.
  13. 5 on Sat. The bumps and beers calling our name did us in just short of 3 yesterday. Was hard leaving the bumps yesterday as they were so nice. 159 top to bottom on Challenge were marathon.
  14. Sounds like you all had a good outing (save the sugar pile encounters) and keep up the excellent reports!
  15. Hard to leave the bumps yesterday, they were so good. Even Challenge finally came around mid/late afternoon with both seeded and natural to choose from.
  16. Oooh boy, hockey stops in mashed potatoes... Gonna be lots of "down" time.
  17. When I'm on a chair with nobody I know, I sometimes intentionally leave my feet on the rest and stare off in the other direction just to see how long it takes others to get torqued enough to say something. Otherwise I just go with the flow... On a ride once with a ski patroller, people wanted to lift the bar a few supports away from discharge. He politely asked, "Would you want to fall from this height?", to which others replied "No". He said "Rule of thumb: Don't lift the bar any sooner than you're willing to fall from the chair." I think people get scared that they're not going to be able to lift the bar in time. With detachables, you could wait until you're skis touch down and still have enough time to lift the bar.
