  1. I'm sure you would have called in sick Monday lol. Have fun Tarponhead.
  2. Funniest thing from the liftline was probably when some teenage girl was vaping in the liftline and some older lady gave her shit for it so a second later I loudly said,"Vape Lives Matter" I think TP4 used to vape but he broke his vaporizer.
  3. Resort reopens Monday and sleds make it in and out of where? Rex why did you post in the wrong thread again??
  4. Nice report some cool terrain at MRG!! I'm guessing you're probably having a cold one in the basebox or parking lot. They used to serve me there when I was 18. Just ask for a beer give em the $3 or $4 which was expensive then and get a beer.
  5. Yup that's what Ski2Live is prob riding now..and prob still finding fresh cord on the hump I still talk with my friend Nate about the time we got busted by the camelback yellow coats. Was 1997 and actually took my moms Honda Accord cause it was better then my Jetta I had. Drove up in mostly rain but was dumping on the mountain. Solid 18" up high by afternoon and the access road was sketch. We got caught skiing a closed trail to get fresh and had to forfeit our passes, watch a safety video and then we were issued new passes and strike 2's still skied a closed run the last run so the law didn't entirely win. No speed patrol on paradise today but snow was sort of slow so didn't hit over 45 on there anyway.
  6. Tarponhead we were talking on the six pack earlier about how we like how you changed the topic to pie. Pie will never bring you down. Enjoy Vermont.
  7. Always seems to rain on Sunday's and Wednesday's. Like last five years. If business is really dead this week I'll look at historical data and make a Girr Aff I mean graph.
  8. We were talking today about how camelback is more crowded than blue and that at 10am parking there would be a disaster on a busy weekend because so many people are in local lodging or wake up at the butt crack of dawn to get after it. I still would like an alien pass thing at camelback late season. I had some fun spring days there and enjoy the hot wings and beer at barley creek.
  9. Busiest day of the season still managed a fast 10 laps or so before the hoards arrived. Liftline guy was pretty efficient waited maybe 3-5 minutes last two lift rides. No big whoop. I'm glad blue is making some Johnny Cash today and there were some happy people who got our parking spots.
  10. Hey All, I'm back from another fun session at Blue mountain the true mountain. I arrived in the lower lot at 7:25am and already a fair number of cars. In the house were Atomic Jeff, Toast, Slim, Gary, Marty, some of the MILFs, NMSki, -Dan, Johnny Law, GSSUcks, justo, rose, MBike Mike, Enjorales and dad, nastar Glenn and many others. First civilian chair was had and there were probably 100 people lined up behind me at opening bell. First run on challenge was decent. Smoothish cord..nightmare Dreamweaver was good early on. There was a skiercross event on sidewinder to lower sidewinder to Central Park and also a collegiate event on sidewinder and razors was closed for th race team. I enjoyed skiing the entire lazy mile due to skiercross course and switchback was decent still sort of slow..would have loved to go a little faster but the new snow from two days ago gave a little cushion for the pushing. Main Street was good on top sort of chalky bottom was chunky. Paradise was pretty nice as well. Good beer and fun in the lower lot and the temperature rose from 25 to 39 during the morning and in the low 40s here in the A. Looks like rain and fog tomorrow might be a good day to sleep late.
  11. Luna's bakery in Allentown at 11th and linden is apparently pretty gourmet. Also Premise makd out in Breinigsville has an ice creamery, bakery and chocolate shoppe.
  12. Why do you get to the mountain so late? Don't you like fresh cord? Everywhere is gonna have their busiest day of the season tomorrow...you heard it here first boys and girls. And way to get after it Ski2Live!!! And congrats on hitting 1,000 posts today woo.
  13. Well I've always believed the children are our future but they'll be fine...and with the internet including Wikipedia and YouTube you can learn about anything for essentially nothing.
  14. One day if you leave blue around the same time as me we'll go on the way back. Not as cheap as CiCis pizza or the BMDI but me and Law had a feast for about $23
  15. I'm guessing Matt Edge Sunday..he's gonna love the spine on challenge. It's spicey It's never even taken me an hour to get to camelback before and I drive like a grandma. People used to hate on Stooges my former local neighborhood bar that shut down last year. They'd complain that there were lots of local drunks and college girls who dressed slutty..for those two attributes alone I'd give the place a 5 out of 5.
  16. I read reviews on Yelp and TripAdvisor of places I've visited...hotels, restaurants, attractions and they are great. The ones for Dorney Park are A+...and usually one of those people who shows up at noon on Saturdays gets my parking spot so not all bad.
