  1. I can say I’m disappointed but that would make me a hypocrite.
  2. I got passed by Salty today on upper lazy mile…he put the hammer down while I was doodling around.
  3. That synchro skiing video was rad. Thanks for the report. There sure are alot of logistics.
  4. Hey All, I’m back from another interesting session at Blue mountain the true mountain. Everybody was in the house except for Toast and Nancy. It was around 30 degrees and initially guns were blasting on almost everything except Razors. First run on razors was ok..mostly firm and mostly smooth. Next up was Main Street and the wet guns on tuts lane owned many people. Main Street was guns top to bottom and variable…some fast spots and some slow spots. With the guns blasting on lazy and the narrow section it was mad technical. Paradise also had guns blasting as well. The guns turned off around 9ish which is about when I went to the lot. it was a very good lot with sausage Sunday which consisted of soup, sausage, brisket, shrimp and pork..was most excellent. I got to ride the scooter again and the parking lot was way smoother than the ski runs. JADIP
  5. Nice report and good news about the snow cannons!!! Gotta bring in the heavy artillery.
  6. I was in 9th grade when UVM piqued my interest.
  7. I bet they’ll want to go to college near good skiing.
  8. Coming soon is closed, you should know that.
  9. The twins will get bored of Blue and their allowance isn’t enough to buy anything but the Indy pass
  10. Hey All, I’m back from another fun session at Blue mountain the true mountain. I arrived at the lower lot at dark o’clock and Johnny law was already in the house. Also in attendance were Atomic Jeff, JFDan, BenM, Dirtwolf, Mute, BooBear, Becky, NazarethJay, Henry, Mixilplix, Pops, Enjorales, Charles, Bethlehem Ford Guy, Harold, Kumar, MBike Mike, Nastar Glenn and many others. First run on Paradise was actually pretty good smooth corn. Upper Main Street was also good initially. Lazy mike had pretty crappy snow and homestretch became 8” deep sugar by like 820. Midway was the worst conditions..solid cookies. I only skied 7 runs, then hungout in the lot, tried the electric scooter again, had some beer and now back at work again to count money and eat candy. 11. Cause when I left Blue earlier he said,”Steeze see you Sunday”
  12. Cool Matt edge will be there Sunday.
  13. Salty wake up extra early so you can have a hearty breakfast on the way to Blue.
  14. @saltyanttomorrow and Sunday are gonna be nice. Are you gonna let your sister use your buddy pass? I’m saving mine for Zonked
  15. I feel like most of the blue regulars live an hour to an hour and a half away. One option might be to go north like to Canada. When you factor in the current exchange rate, you get a real bargain. Also corned beef sangs in Montreal are like 50% of what they are in the Philly-NYC region.
  16. I would let my buddy pass expire before giving it to Ski2Live…cheap rich lawyers don’t need handouts.
  17. How is being able to ski for free not worth it? I don’t think I’ve ever had a ski day when it wasn’t worth it. It was worth it skiing earlier in the rain and the fog. If you don’t have a season pass and want to ski tomorrow Blue is worth the $120 they’re charging. There’s a lot of worse things you can spend $120 on..sheesh a Bruce Springfield concert is more than that.
  18. If you’re a total condition snob and don’t mind skiing a bunny hill. I think most here except gapers like you are skilled enough to handle a little ice and sugar.
  19. It’s a much larger shit stain than Monday but not as brown.
  20. Have a blast!!!
  21. I think they’ll first focus on resurfacing existing terrain and then reopen coming soon. NMDW still has some nice sized whales. Probably 2-3 feet lower than Monday.
  22. I remember when your crew went there and your lift ticket costs were insanely cheap.
  23. Hey all, I’m back from a fun session at Blue mountain the true mountain. I arrived at the lower lot at 8:35am and it was 40 degrees with light rain and areas of fog. In the house were Matt Edge, Dirtwolf, Atomic Jeff, Johnny law, Jimmy, Bethlehem ford guy and Harold. First run was on Paradise which was real nice smooth cord and fast. The thickest fog was on the last section. Main Street was the run of the day, the upper skiers right had fresh soft smooth corn and lower left was also good once through the skeet spot. I lapped that several more times then did Razors with Matt edge after the other PASRs quit. Razors was decent, not super smooth but alright and I skied that a second time then ended with more Main Street. I ended up skiing until about 11 then hungout in the lot with Matt edge and then Harold and Bethlehem ford guy for about another hour. The rain ended just after 11. All in all it was very nice spring snow, the coverage held up and still a good base on some runs and was nice to be back out after a long break. JADIP
  24. @saltyant this is getting good!!! Sweet pictures and the conditions look primo!!! Also nice seeing all the trees completely snow covered. I just checked the radar it looks promising for a couple inches of fresh snow tomorrow morning. Could be a sleeper pow day..
  25. Wow Suze Orman she’s a legend!!! Yup no power ATM machines don’t work. Not a bad idea to keep some cash on hand just in case even if it’s just a couple hundred dollars of walking around money.
