Nice report!!!

Hey all, I’m back from a fun Saturday morning at Blue mountain. I arrived at the lower lot before 720am and it was 2 degrees with clear skies and light winds. In the house were Atomic Jeff, JFDan, Johnny Law, Ridge, BenM, Enjorales, Enjorales, Enjorales, cousin, Faldo, boo bear, Ryan, mute, Charles, Bethlehem Ford Guy, Toast, Justo, TheRealKT, Mixiliplix, Schifdawg, Nancy, Indiggio, Dirtwolf, Salty, and many others. First Six pack and first run on challenge which was super nice although my nose and snot was frozen. Sidewinder was decent, Main Street and switchback were boner doner, paradise was a little marblely. I skied challenge the most and even had a foray over to lower widowmaker to midway. No real liftlines during the ten runs i skied from 8-940am. A fun parking lot with beer and chips and thawing out my poor toes...it was nice having good conditions that’s fornsure and tomorrow AM should be nice as well. JADIP

Oh well you’re in Vermont and I’m in Allentown so you’re winning!! One thing about Vermont is tons of good food and rowdy locals and tourists. Enjoy.

Actual fire tower..

Did you climb up the fire tower? And I do give them credit for having MRG esque runs. They also have night skiing which is rare in Vermont.

Nice looking sausages. I skied Bolton valley a few times in college. Tiny vertical but I’m glad it’s operating. It was a lost ski area for a few seasons.

I believe it’s the largest snow tubing park in the country. I last did it my senior year of high school so would need a lesson first.

Silver civic isn’t Harold but he’s in Kurt’s crew and never knows which row to park on. He’s alright he gave me some pretzels last season.

I just eat snow if I’m thirsty. Are you familiar with Frank Zappa..watch out where the huskies go and don’t you eat that yellow snow....

Yeah he’s hardcore and so is Rodney.

It all depends what the weather is like the second half of March. If it’s one of those years with cold and late snow April is a possibility but often it’s warm and the snow just vaporizes. I’d say probably a 1 in 4 chance we have April skiing this season at Blue. I typically book my April Colorado trip later in April just so I don’t possibly miss a late closing day.

I’ll never ski with a backpack. Atomic Jeff sometimes does if he’s gonna hike..
