  4. NOAA forecast is saying snow likely after 1am Saturday and an 80% chance of snow and sleet during the day. This is grate!!!
  5. I used to get lots of magazines. Ski, skiing, snow country, powder, Freeze...Newsweek, consumer reports. I don’t ever remember reading the New Yorker. The New York Times magazine yes. The only time I read print media is on planes. Tarponhead nice report!!! Picking up impromptu ski partners is always fun.
  6. We all had a fun weekend of spring skiing and Blue is still open with the majority of their terrain open and there’s cold air in the forecast and we’ve already had two months of ski season. I’m not about to be a sour puss over normal PA weather..it is what it is.
  7. NM/DW has been pretty good this season..more technical with the skeet spots. Salty I’m glad you keep an extra facemask available in case anybody needs one.
  8. Yeah I go hard in the paint when it comes to making first chair.
  9. Hey All, I’m back from a fun session at Blue mountain the true mountain. I arrived at th lower lot before 720am and in the house were Johnny Law, JFBBDan, PA Ridge, Atomic Jeff, Toast, NMSki, Indiggio, SaltyAnt, Ryan, Mute, BenM, PSUGuy, Bethlehem ford guy, SliM, Gary, MBIke mike, Enjorales dad, GahSkier George, Nastar Glenn, matt Edge, the dude4Bidea and many more Temperatures were in the upper 50s under clearing sky’s with strong southwesterly winds. First run was challenge which was rough AF..just not smooth and very firm..next run on nightmare dreamweaver was a bit better and Main Street also super rough...paradise was alright and lazy mile wasn’t bad although lots of skeet spots. I skied till about 930 then went to the lot for a beer or two..then back for some more about 45 minutes later. Second seasion skied nightmare to dreamweaver first which was better but still very much in the shade. Over to Main Street and did maybe 15 bumps and they were tight big and firm sort of like the chicks I look at on chatterbait. Finished off with two challenge runs on the left side there was sunshine and it was smooth enough..back to the lot for more beer and cheeseballs...was a nicer weather day then most of out end of the season parties. Still would have been better at the jersey snow dome...no threat of vitamin D..JADIP
  10. Well yeah but it was a different day. Any money you find in public somebody elses money. Now if there money on the floor of a bar or something I’ll step on it and pretend to tie my shoe than pocket that.
  11. Why lie it’s my money. I didn’t even use it at chic fil A on the way home. Used company credit card since I had to go into work.
  12. I’m surprised nobody else wanted the $20. I guess everybody is already rich.
  13. I feel like Matt Edge finds ladies who just out of a toxic relationship more than money lol... @saltyant are you skiing tomorrow?
  14. Hey All, I’m back from another fun day at Blue mountain. I arrived before 720am and the temperature was in the middle 40s under overcast sky’s with light winds. In the house were Johnny Law, JFDan, Atomic Jeff, MBike Mike, Toast, Ryan, Mute, Indiggio, Nastar Glenn, Enjorales cousin, Slim, Mixilplix, Keith, Bethlehem ford guy and many others. Today was about excitement...first exciting moment was when we were waiting for the gates to open on the six pack and they said six is not ready so was a shuffle to the quad and i ended up on third chair..first run I did Razors it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good..just bad grooming..pretty firm. Nightmare to dreamweaver was much better and in later runs there was more cushion for the pushing or some sort of simile between spring snow and fucking a fat chick. Lazy mile was also pretty good and Main Street was mediocre some firm some soft definitely 3D snow. As me and @theprogram4 have discussed we both seem to find money quite frequently. I’ve found a $20 at least 5 times and smaller bills way more and even a $50 on the ground in a bar...well today was my lucky day and I saw a $20 under the 6 pack many times and nobody was going for it so I eventually decided to take off my skis at the top of the falls and walk under the six pack and retrieve the Andrew Jackson. The bill was moist like my taint. By the time I was at the bottom the rest of the PASRs were posing for pictures with the marketing department and winning cool stuff like chapstick. Also of excitement was some darshnozzle who was butthurt that Johnny Law passed him...wait till he’s passed by a pack of 6-7 PASRs..I hungout in the lot for about an hour and a half and now back in the A..have to go into work in an hour and make more money moves..not often I leave for blue with zero dollars and return with a fresh moist $20..bling bling all up in this thing. It’s now in the 60s..ski everybody tomorrow.
  15. Skiing in 47 different snow conditions repeatedly and being competent in them is something that takes decades
  16. I’m thinking once this summer and then never again.
  17. Barb you know I almost moved to Durango a year before I went to Bozeman. I visited it first and then worked at Merrill lynch a year and decided on Bozeman. Almost as many University if Vermont graduates as Boulder and Jackson hole.
  18. Me three I need more ski trips in my Lyfe. You might even see me only eat half a hamburger sandwich if I have altitude sickness. Happened to me in Aspen a very rare occurance.
  19. Here’s a good article on Big Snow indoor ski area. They’re currently doing about 2,000 skier visits a day and projected to do 500,000 a year a lot of the focus is on teaching new skiers and snowboarders. https://coloradosun.com/2020/01/09/big-snow-new-jersey-ski-industry-indoor/
