  1. Nice report and try to give us a real time report from Killington!!! Lots of good reports on PASR lately and I still haven’t skied raisins ledge or challenge this season. Crazy.
  2. I’ve tailgated before events other than skiing and did the low key tailgate thing with sandos…my delivery guy went to bear creek for supper with his wife and said the burger was like $20-25..that’s the same as Jackson hole and Blue mountain. Crazy…can get Chinese food for three people for that on the way home. I’m glad y’all had that long cold stretch two weeks ago..sad AF start to season thanks GSS
  3. The Lifts: Good: Those JH lifts boot you up there…and the entire trip maybe 3-4 two minutes or less stops. Was mostly ski on..not many liftlines I don’t count if it’s like 10 chairs or less that’s just a chance to unbuckle boots and wipe sweat from brow. When it was a little busy when skiing solo late morning, I never waited over like 3 minutes in a singles line and would have been less but some really skittish people in the singles line and dumbass snowboarders who need to be on the outside. Everybody pulls the bars down now…there used to be pushback from the locals years ago and on short lifts like Teton and Teewinot, I often just went with the flow while gripping the lift for dear life lol. Bad: the oil was drip drip dripping on peoples ski stuff the one day mostly on Mute and Atomic Jeff from I think the Sublette chair or maybe thunder. Ugly…the look on the faces of two employees when I was about to board the gondola they were on..so then I held up and got to ride up with my homeys.
  4. How fast was your top speed today? Crazy that razors opened before Floyd’s.
  5. Was it sugar or chunks? For bad conditions you sure put in a good session..WTGAI!!
  6. Seems like fantasy
  7. @saltyant this is crazy. https://www.wfmz.com/news/area/poconos-coal/man-punched-chef-at-camelback-resort-over-food-order-police-say/article_e0be1b76-c11d-11ee-a730-dba04b58bf97.html?fbclid=IwAR1GCEUI0xiRruANzuW97Kz0dEwIwgn4AhS1KRIZvsqrzk1A2dFO-DvJArk
  8. Would you pay $94 to ski a few runs at big boulder? I dont think I’d go there if I was paid $94.
  9. They way business has been, I might be able to lol
  10. Sorry I mentioned it lol the PASR kids are way cooler than my niece and nephew..especially Tommy and Becky Boo lol…
  11. Id rather ski at Blue with my homeys..and just saw them at Xmas.
  12. He’s a season passholder.
  13. Maybe by Monday or Tuesday @Johnny Law and @Johnny Style
  14. Upper sidewinder is nice when it’s empty, by the last pitch, you are going as fast as on challenge which is a double black…maybe next winter will be cold and it will be open for 2025
  15. Hey All, It’s almost another weekend, looks like some very nice weather. Is anybody planning on skiing Blue mountain the true mountains? I plan on Saturday and Sunday. My sisters family is skiing big boulder Saturday and I said maybe but now that it’s close, I have zero interest in slumming it there. ski some of you this weekend.
  16. Nice pictures, and now I have another forecast/webcams to watch for a potential powder day tomorrow for you.
  17. I’ve still never been past their upper parking lot behind the lake.
  18. The Good, The Bad, The Ugly…. Good: Comfortable temperatures. Bad: No powder days although I’ve had at least 30 Pow days at JH before. Ugly: My foot early in the trip which caused me to skip the Hobacks…the boys even wanted to see it.. Good: The Crew…only thing that would have made this trip better would have been surprise appearances from Toast and Nazareth Jay. NMSki is always fun and may have the best demeanor of anybody I know. He’s a very polite guy and when I slipped on ice yesterday and ate shit, he even waited to laugh until he knew I was ok. I goof on Mute sometimes but it’s all in good fun, he’s a super nice guy and his skiing has improved tremendously since he skied JH with us four years ago. His Big Dick energy inspires me to be more active. Dirtwolfs first trip to JH and despite a bout of food poisoning, he got knocked down but got up again and made the best of his time in JH, a super laidback go with the flow kind of guy, and not fussy at all. And Atomic Jeff, like the strict dad I never had…has almost as many days at JH as me and PASRs resident Sommelier..and perhaps one of my biggest fans lol Bad: Service at some restaurants..JH is the only place starters arrive at the same time as entrees…or just sit for 15 minutes before you even get water, it’s almost comical..but It’s not easy being a service worker in one of the most expensive ski towns in America. Ugly: People in the airport and on the plane with crutches…
  19. Just made it back home. Travel was smooth…flight was supposed to leave at 2:09PM mountain time and left around 2:30PM but made it back to Newark on time around 820PM eastern. Took a solid 45+ minutes to get bags..but I literally walked onto the Parking spot Haynes bus and had my own bus..$5 tip for the driver cause he helped me with my bags. Since it’s only like 9pm on my time I’ll be up for awhile so I’ll start on the Good the Bad and the Ugly. Way more Good than bad and ugly this trip. Some parting shots of the ski area
  20. Does BC have much of a tailgating scene?
  21. They aren’t slopeside..
  22. Sounds like you put in a long session. WTGAI..The last time I was on lower sidewinder was when there was a $20 bill under the lift a few seasons ago. It’s just a run I don’t care for.
  23. Wow @saltyant must have been cold out, you’re wearing a mask. I wore my balaclava a last week at Blue
  24. We had a couple Blue bird days up high…
  25. @saltyant how has Mount Snow been? I saw Okemo received 6”
