I would freak too...Then jump out my window with some rock skis on!
-
Who would want atomics? Anyway finally you sold those POSesss
-
Yeah yeah yeah, I wasn't able to make it man...Dad wanted to pick up his pass when we left...at like 1. Anyway its sketchy whether ill get up there for the next 2 weeks, since Mum has stuff to do on all of them...
-
They can, but its just more complicated. It seems like it would be pretty hard for you to know what they kept in there...Wouldn't it suck if the liftey asked you for your phone number, and you didn't know it....
-
You can't make the pass in photoshop anymore. They could scan and keep track of runs/speed etc...but that would cost money. If they do anything, they will probably just scan them to make sure they are real passes.
-
I just picked mine up yesterday, and noticed the pass had a barcode on it for the first time. I wonder if they are going to start scanning tickets....
-
It might have been, sadly....My season sorta ended real quickly it felt like. Unless you count the 7 days of skiing at Mt. Hood I did at the end of June
-
If they make a park pass, do you think they could put in a swim test to enter camelbeach? It would make my job next summer about 12000x easier... But as far as park passes, I would be too cheap to spend $5 to go into the park, but that doesn't mean I shouldn't be in there either...I like to go in there every once in a while, and play in the halfpipe, or hit a few jumps, or you know ski of the frontsides of rails cause those make a good jump If they don't let me in the park when I want to jump, then maybe I'll just go jump over the n00bs on marjies... Anyway I just had an idea....Have a park pass for Saturday and Sunday 8-5 or so...When the most n00bs are out...This would keep them out, not cause CB to have to constantly pay someone to watch the park, but still let other people in when its not as busy
-
They are more expensive, and I believe you can have them on a roller thing, or have them hook up to a drill. Would speed up brushing a lot, but you need to watch out cause you could probably do some damage to your base with a stiff brass brush that was moving fast if you stopped paying attention.

I was there that last weekend too with some other people from this board....We probably saw you, being there was only about 100 people on the hill the whole time.
-
Tradition says Margies is the first dimond to open. And we all know how much CB likes there traditions. Anyway that might be a good idea, but really, i wouldn't care if they blew birches, tut, margies...or NM, pharow, cliff for the first weekend...

Mum has them too. I just got them cause my knees are messed up, so when I bend them they don't go down straight (or even close to straight). Not sure what they did exactly, and how it compairs to Nestors or something, but I will tell you they hurt like a mother for the first few days or so, but then after that they felt fine. Also it took surefoot about 20 minutes in the back to do something, getting them ready, so I don't think they just take a premade mold. Anyway, the good thing about surefoot is when your foot grows, they will replace your foot beds (until age 18), so the $195 (or $150 in this case) isn't that much, assumeing you get them replaced 2 times or so ($50 for a pair)

He wasn't sleeping, he just thought he saw a quater on the guard rail....Thats how broke this site is making him
-
If he keeps adding useless flaming posts, with no content, he will have some issues to deal with. PASucks, consider this your warning.
-
Its pretty lame I heard...good for about 45 minutes. Also you need to be a guest in their hotel to use it....which is like $200+ a night
-
There was at one point a plan to take out both the Marc and Cleo chairs, replacing them with a quad from either the top or the bottom of the sunbowl..I guess it was more of an idea than a plan....
-
Pyro I think im with you on this one. Seems like dave was just saying that that lift is hardly ever used (turned on about 5 days a season, tops) and when it is, no one goes on it.
-
Well I talked with some of the management this summer, and it sounded like they planned to put it next to the cleo tripple. There is enough flattened land down there, that doesn't get skiied on (or even have snow made on it) during winter. Anyway its my understanding its gonna go there. Ok, just looked on ridecb.com and found this...
-
I believe you can put them in board boots too, but I'm not sure if they would help. Also not sure where the closest Surefoot to you is (maybe one at mamoth)
-
That doesn't answer my question....I can re-inforce my shinguards with DUCT TAPE!, and just go at the gates...but then agian, If there not bamboo, it probably wouldn't be much fun
-
I assume that means bamboo? How does bamboo work with shinguards ski999?

Hey guys, I have a gift cert. for a pair of free footbeds from surefoot. They retail for $195+tax I won the gift cert after I bought a pair 2 days before, that is why I want to sell it. Asking $150ish Another good thing to know is if you are under 18 they will give you free footbeds everytime your foot changes (get new boots or w/e). So you don't need to worry about outgrowing them. The nearest surefoot is in NYC and there is another one at Killington. Those are the only 2 in the NE (I think).... Reply or PM me if interested...Thanks Think Snow!!!!

If you wanted to do hop turns, you could do well, however many your legs would hold you for....You can do about 10 a foot...10*5280ish....many many turns
