I saw some old mine buildings off the Bonanza Lift which was really cool. Would have liked to read the signs but I was pressed for time trying to figure out how to get to Town Lift by 4 pm

Correct. I'll start with Nordica Enforcers 93 since they're at the top of my list. They sound like an excellent all mountain ski I'll ski the Canyon side of PC. I had 2 bowls of generic Cheerios, 2 blueberry bagels, a yogurt and OJ. I find it's easiest to buy everything I need at Walmart and just eat breakfast in my hotel room

Yep, a bus showed up and dropped me off 50 yards from the car. Great success

Correct, but I'm still not convinced that 9 cm makes a big difference... but I'll see tomorrow !
-
Thanks for the suggestion, If they have them I'll check 'em out.

I need to get to a sushi place before the end of this trip.

Something better for ungroomed and spring chop. Which I could also have fun with on groomers So yeah, I guess a do it all ski... I'm not looking for true powder skis because I only ski actual powder once every year or two if I'm lucky

I wonder what I should demo tomorrow??? This is just for fun just to see what I might buy some day, and to get a feel for some different skis. They say I get to demo 5 but I think 3 will be sufficient. Some ideas below: Nordica Enforcer 94 Volkl Kendos and/or Mantras Head Kore 93 Salomon QST (to be rad like @toast21602 I've learned so much theory about length, width, camber, rocker, material, side cut, turning radius. But I'll probably wind up picking the skis that look coolest.

I posted several pictures in the Utah thread, if that's what you mean. I have no idea how my Utah trip discussion got started in a Blue thread but I just started replying to people

I commend Park City Resort for knowing how to keep the lift lines moving. Very well organized. There are no scanning machines to slow the line down as workers scan lift tickets. Quite archaic but I liked it. - not that this generally has a material impact on waiting times, unless someone's pass doesn't work or they dilly dally trying to find it after standing in line for 10 minutes. My favorite part is the singles line and doubles line meet, and there are well illustrated diagrams showing it's perfectly OK to sit by other parties as long as there is sufficient spacing. E.g. 1 + 2 on a quad or sixer. Plus almost all the lifts are express and move quickly. Blue should take some lessons from Epic on organizing lift queues.

I wanted to travel the whole mountain from Canyons to the Park City town lift. About half way over it was already noon and I didn't want to get stuck, so I was about to start planning to head back to Canyons when someone on the lift mentioned the bus. So then I decided to just end downtown PC and take the bus which worked out well. Great success! Correct, just walked about half a block to the restaurant and ate dinner in ski boots. I highly doubt I'm the only person that does it since the restaurant is literally almost next door to the lift. And I am still fascinated by the fact that the lift goes right into town.

Nah, they have ski locks by the Town Lift and I always carry both the combo lock and key lock. Key lock stations are often hard to find.

I didnt put the orange bubble down when riding with others. I have never seen a lift like that until today. Cray cray! Most people were cool about pairing up with a space or 2 between us

Nope I wanted to traverse the whole mountain. Someone on the lift told me theres a bus that'll take me back to the cabriolet and it runs until 10 PM. Then I confirmed that with a worker and found a bus schedule online. It was really fun starting in Canyon area and ending downtown Park City with a delicious dinner

Butchers Chop House and Bar. I randomly selected it since it's right next to the town lift and I definitely dont regret this decision

I've gotten in worse predicaments today. I'm sure theres a shuttle bus or something
-
Skipped lunch since I wasted time in the morning. I was having too much fun getting after it. I'll just eat a big breakfast and big dinner and I should be able to skip lunch
-
Crisis averted. I found a very nice restaurant that serves seafood linguini in downtown Park City. What a relief that I dont have to wait until 5:30
-
First world problems. I'm 4.8 miles from my car, the sushi place in Park City that I'm hungry for is closed for another 1 hour 20, and I really really hope theres a shuttle or bus back to the cabriolet lot like I've been told. Like really really....

Well I already paid for the next 5 days of skiing at other places than DV so..... 🤷🏻♂️🤠
-
They're grate for what I ski. Tomorrow I'll demo cuz I have $60 burning a hole in my pocket
-
Free I parked at the cabriolet and it was less of a walk that from the lower lot to the Challenge Express

I was talking to people in the morning. After 5 times in a row of staying I'm from PA, how many days I'm here, weather is nice etc. it gets tiring. I've been riding lifts alone and it feels like a weekday here
