  1. Nah I'm fine doing 3 different ones. They are so massive that I think each is worth spending lots of time at.
  2. Correct but I've done a lot of rigorous analysis and determined the best course of action is to buy 2 tickets for Brighton and 2 tickets for Snowbasin once I arrive at SLC since they are both highly unlikely to sell out, and because there are other mountains closeby if they do which I would be just as fine skiing at. Plus maybe I can find discounts like @Ski2Live Live2Ski does. He never pays window price
  3. Only for Sunday & Monday at Park City because they're supposebly refundable. I don't see the need to reserve tickets yet for Brighton and Snowbasin. Every weekday is available at every resort. I hate that every ticket is non-refundable. What if I can't make it? What if my Sonic breaks down? What if the plane crashes and I lose my money?
  4. My first days at Stowe, Steamboat and Whiteface were snowy and foggy. I'm always like "lol wut am I doing" for the first hour at a mountain I've never been to, and low visibility with choppy ass snow doesnt help. Itll be nice to start off with freshly made cord and bright sunny sky's as I ski around the many acres of Park Citeh
  5. Just kidding about the forecast sucking. As grate as powder days are, I think I have more fun on sunny days. Low crowds, smooth groomers, goggles not icing. Yeah it's not soo bad (first world problems)
  6. Great pics but when are you gonna take your BMW to the car wash? Are there any group car washes in Telluride? Asking for a friend @GrilledSteezeSandwich
  7. Terruble forecast. Not a Perder flake in sight. Might have to cancel or ask for a gift card
  8. That might be hard since it's the season with the most number of high quality trip reports in years. Maybe top 21 this season but I dont know about top 20.
  9. Going with Smart Park as it's $50 cheaper than parking in the airport. Thanks for the suggestions
  10. Nah she can't drive outside of McAdoo
  11. $44 a day for short-term ground level...
  12. What the hell am I looking at? Why is that dude skiing on what look like mini torpedos?
  13. Thanks, I'll likely just do that then. I was initially confused by the pricing and short term vs long term but now it makes sense. I'd rather not deal with a shuttle and especially not valet (dont like people messing with my Sonic)
  14. Maybe @AtomicSkier will make me a mod if I agree to go on a bike trip with him (not sharing a bed like you two though) so I can delete several pages of this thread. Just kidding, I dun give a funk!
  15. Thanks, upper levels are $16 a day which is only $3 more than economy. That's fine with me. I just worry about fucking up and parking in the wrong spot and have to pay $300 or something so I hope it's clearly marked
  16. As long as I dont have to walk half a mile dragging my luggage. Economy lot was grate because I'd just park by a shuttle stop and walk like 10 yds
  17. Thanks guys, looking for a reputable company since there are so many options.
  18. Anyone fly out of PHL lately? Where the funk do you park? They closed the economy lot for some stupid reason which worked perfectly for me
  19. Why? The only reason I can think of is newbie snowboarders go down steep slopes sideways and scrape all the snow off, exposing the ice underneath (e.g. boilerplate on Chute)
  20. Thanks. Yeah, it's a long way around via I-80 but I'll probably be up at 5-6 am everyday so no big deal on the 1 hr drive to Brighton. I'll be staying in Cottonwood area in SLC for 2 days then
  21. I don't really understand the whole "snowboarders not allowed". I mean yeah, some people dont like park features (me), but otherwise I could care less if there are snowboarders. Why all the hate on snowboarders @theprogram4?
  22. Correct, except $x + 102 for DV I'll most likely do Brighton unless I find a deal somewhere for DV (unlikely).
  23. On 3/2, Brighton is $97 and Deer Valley is $199. I've heard both have amazing groomers so I'm trying to reconcile why DV charges so much more... more exclusive? Zero lift lines? I know DV has a funicular and fancy eateries, but I can use that $102 savings for caviar and oysters while still skiing fantastic groomers at Brighton...
  24. Nope, I don't do double blacks outside of PA
