Can’t say I blame him though, I view my skis as an extension of my body . He was pretty upset after hitting the rock. We had a conversation comparing new ski’s like buying a new vehicle., seems like everyones is out to get you. I’ve been skiing with a core shot since the second storm that I got under the quad venturing off for some untracked powder. I felt the pain but it was worth the turns . Hopefully I’ll have some time to fix it this weekend.

Core shot my ass lol , Some embellishment , I was skiing with him and he stopped an hour later and checked. Barely a flesh wound. Although there were random rocks all over the place. He has a point about that.

I just refill my wawa cup. My morning ride is close to an hour so I just make it some days. I made a relief system for when I fly I call it “ Polish Bagpipes “ Rubber roofing material bladder with a 1” vinyl hose, I haven’t filled it yet in a 6 hr flight. 😁

That’s the yuge area roped off. You can fit fifty buses or 100 food trucks in the space 🙃 I’m old and park close to the mens room. Maybe I should hold off on the coffee?

Anyone know why this section of the parking lot was roped off? First row was open and had a cone blocking access at the end.

I’ve got you by a few years lol. Kids were pretty annoying. There was a bit of a line and had a few drop backs. Nothing bothers me more than seeing chairs not full . I did a 4-6:45 session and thought the sugar was rather on the lighter side like 50% mixed with Feta . I dipped into the ditch and first couple turns were nice but it turned into styrofoam ice and I thought I was going into the woods. Once the light got better you could open up the throttle. Conditions were better than I expected.

Hopefully Razingarizona13 will post some pictures on NYskiblog or TGR . He’s not only a talented skier but a great photographer too.

Second chair Quad . Razors first run…. First turn incitation was rejected so I pointed them straight down and some slow arc turns. My helmet whistles at ludicrous speed. Coming soon was meh like @Johnny Lawsaid . Main st and Barneys had some dust on and was ok first time and nasty the second time. Nightmare was really nice for a while with a few pedestrians but a few cookies emerged but still nice. Only an hour and a half today. It’s going to be a stellar week to be out!

Nighttime this week is looking cooler and only seeing next Saturday above 50° now.

EPWA’s been doing a decent job so far. Pattern changes is coming although it’s a little late but there’ll be a bunch of chances for some more 6” plus storms.

This one’s better. It was nice to see some sunshine playing with the clouds. The lifty pointed out the snow squall. He thought we were going to get dumped. I figured it would fade by the time it got to blue but didn’t want to pee in his cornflakes. I stayed on Challenge except for one run down “ Going fast “ Coming soon “ It was getting a bit translucent. It was nice to ski some natural bumps. I was sick last week and worked a lot this week and didn’t get out. Things are a bit bony in places. I think they might loose a couple trails this week.

After a few more runs things are improving. Some snow squalls up north, I’m thinking tomorrow morning will be pretty firm but nice by mid morning.
