  1. šŸ‘ It was a good day. Second photo Iā€™m trying to figure out what the neat pile of things is about a 100yds up from the parking lot. Sheaves or maybe Rebar cages for poles footers?
  2. Concrete needs some time to cure .
  3. Looks like they have quite a few slides going.Anyone try it out this year?
  4. Swing and a miss Southern Lehigh co. Round 2 in half an hour. Still a chance šŸ˜
  5. That show was hilarious , I remember an episode where he ordered a submarine from a comic book ad and 20yrs later it showed up . He talked his dad into getting into it with him in the second floor bathtub .
  6. FB pilfer , not sure who gets the credit but Priceless! IMG_9838.MOV
  7. Unfortunately I didnā€™t get a picture of the Bald Eagle that came in really close for a couple turns. I didnā€™t see any excavation yet for poles or terminals.
  8. Unfortunately not. Customers are paid up but working though some family stuff. Hopefully I wonā€™t be one of the paupers parking out on Blue Mountain drive.
  9. Iā€™ve done it when the Quad went down and the line for the 6 was Fubar . Got off the school hill and hoofed it up to the Main Street chairs.
  10. As long as youā€™re able to prove that they were aware of the issue youā€™ve got a shot. Questions for the lawyer ? I know someone who moved into a new place and had the basement flood 5ā€™ deep! They called the local fire department to pump it out, while they were there one of the volunteers mentioned he was there before. Homeowner sued the builder, real estate agent and previous owners. He made out ok but still stuck with a basement he couldnā€™t finish off like he wanted to. Caveat Emptor !
  11. Yep , I spoke to a contractor two weeks ago , heā€™s doing a 30k sewer line replacement for a new ā€œbag holderā€ homeowner. Some townships are requiring video inspection. Unfortunately for him heā€™s not in one of them.
  12. Ainā€™t home ownership wonderful. Iā€™ll bet you find some evidence of hackery . Looks like tape over holes in the PVC?Hopefully the previous owners didnā€™t do any other DIY projects.
  13. Looks like someone left saw marks on ? Make sure there are no dips where water can lay in and freeze . I have a feeling that's what happened PVC cracks easily . Always something .....
  14. Usually a pump isnā€™t needed in the attic. A dirty coil can cause a leak, water droplets form and get airborne landing in the air handler cabinet . Also a dirty air filter can reduce the air temp coming out of the air handler to the point where you can get condensation on the cabinet and ductwork ( nasty) mildew and little pieces of black nastyness spitting out of your ducts .
  15. I donā€™t like that option because itā€™s often overlooked. A wet switch in the pan is better because it lets you know about a problem right away . https://www.supplyhouse.com/DiversiTech-WS-1-Wet-Switch-Flood-Detector?utm_source=google_ad&utm_medium=search_dsa&utm_campaign=Dynamic_Search_Ads&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI_Ofnkdnw9wIVQ_7jBx1AUwGCEAAYASAAEgL5dvD_BwE
  16. Thatā€™s refrigerant piping DO NOT Cut! The large line is the vapor line and sweats like crazy. Wrap up the exposed copper and the problem should go away, if it doesnā€™t have someone check the system out, could be a number of things.
  17. Did you drop your poles šŸ˜
  18. I agree . Not sure, grounded today. Guessing top station either between old stations or West side.
  19. It would work down to the Midway but further down the double fall line won't work for gapers .
