  1. That's what I was thinking...since Barney's doesn't span the width of the trail shouldn't they just practice getting in from the side and getting out from the side? I would think that's the most efficient way to get to someone. That said I can't hate on them too much...when I broke my shoulder they were pretty cool and helped me out.
  2. I never understood the sled in the bumps thing. Maybe one of the patrollers reading will sign up and post to explain. I'm seriously curious.
  3. There's the eaf we all know and love. And I was just beginning to see you in a whole new light after your sick Dolamite TR.
  4. Probably because we make the posters on other sites look "like priests and nuns" hahaha. http://www.dcski.com/forum/51410 (See last post)
  5. They take photos too apparently. Not sure what they do with them.
  6. Despite the TMI there's so much truth in this post.
  7. There were what looked like a bunch of school group kids in Blue Baumer last night. One of which, of course, appeared to have fallen. Seemed ok but SMH.
  8. Someone call Justin Timberlake because the trolls are out on PASR this week.
  9. Edit on the guy next to me. I think he was moreso trying to mack on the snowboarder mom the was next to him. His efforts were futile. I mean razors is good but dude was a bit much
  10. Really great conditions this fine evening! Crowds are minimal and the snows great. Guy on the lift with me right now is pretty stoked about razors.
  11. Well aware of that and also the fact that my helmet may have saved my life. I think about that alot. It's also the reason why I have very little desire, if any, to ski trees anymore. I made the decision to ski where I did just like I made the decision to change my skiing habits post accident. You won't find me blaming anyone but myself. I think people (myself included at times) are often unprepared for or minimize the risks way too often.
  12. Why not just make them free? Forget economics, paying employees and (gasp) companies turning a profit
  13. And that's what sucks. Not taking anything away from the people who've died but it's becoming sort of macabre at this point, especially how you put it above (which is probably true). To think that a place that brings me to a happy place of sorts, where I'm smiling ear to ear most of the time has that that type of designation really sucks.
  14. Of course they are. Condolences to this person's family.
  15. I don't know. I haven't been since last weekend. It was annoying as hell though. Maybe I'll get to ski my favorite run tonight.
