Why doesn't Blue practically give passes away in the late season, like $5 or free w/ can of something, anything to get people there instead of an empty mountain of passholders? Not that I'm complaining that we have the mountain all to ourselves, but ticket buyers are their bread and butter, that and overpriced beer and food sales. Just entice people to go to the mountain. They're running the lifts anyway, operations are working, food staff is working. Why not make some $$$ while they're at it??

Looks like a batch down south that may increase. They're probably closing more due to lack of crowds and to save on expenses rather than the weather. Just using it as an excuse.

FYI... In case anyone's planning on going up after work. They said due to rain in forecast, they're gonna close early today.
