That happened yesterday with a kid coming off the 6-pack.
He bit it right off and I told him to stay low. He had no chance of getting out of the way of the chair. Chair just missed clunking him in the head before lifty stopped it.
Was just like a Warren Miller movie. You want your ski? Go get it!
I've had some good luck with these guys.

Beat them up a little and they'll give you a good price.
They'll also mount bindings, but say that you need to have them set/checked locally after you receive em.
Guess it's better than when there's only 1 or 2 on a chair with the placed packed to the brim!
Also funny was when I watched a Ski Patroller get whaled by one of the double chairs. The lifty just shook his head in amazement...
I've been skiing Marker's the past two skis and have not had any problems with them either.
I currently love Line skis as the guy who started it came from the east coast, so he should know a thing or two about making skis that work around here.
I'm so picky, it's a wonder I've ever found a boot that fits just right.
My current boot's shells are cracking and the liners are packed out. Time for the inevitable...
This claims a May 2015 opening...

Right! Blue may end up being a victim of their own success, if it's so crowded it drives people away...
I'll surely be doing more after work skiing, if the weekends get beyond out of control.
